I got up early today, my phone had already started to go off, it was Kayla "We need to talk ASAP!" Chrissy came in my room still in her pj's and tooth brush in mouth and said "thanks for letting live here again." I smiled still a little sleepy and said "its not a problem there's enough rooms for four people, Isn't that right dad!" I yelled the last part as I heard a thud down the hall, Chrissy laughed, she had the room next to the master room which was my room and we shared the bathroom so my dad could have his own. "Senna I don't understand why I have to sleep downstairs." he complained, I sighed closing my door as Chrissy went back into the bathroom and said "We agreed that the girls would get upstairs and you would sleep in the guest room downstairs." he mumbled and said "but-" I cut him off "No buts about it, my house my rules." I said asserting my authority, he sighed and said "Just like your mom," he started walking away "Oh I almost forgot we have to talk after school." I sighed and said "Ok." Chrissy came out and asked "you ok? you look upset." she walked to my bed and sat down, "yeah just not the morning I expected." I sighed as I spoke, she jumped up and said "Know what would make the birthday girl feel better," she rushed over to my closet and pulled out the black dress with the lace trim and a black vest to go over my shoulders, and black boot, they didn't have heels on them but they were nice. "Birthday Makeover!" she squealed as I went into the shower, after that she me down after I put the dress on and started to do my hair when I got another text. It was from Hunter "want a ride?" I picked it up and replied "no thanks gonna walk." When Chrissy was done with me I went outside, it was cold even though it was near the end of summer.

I started walking down the street and Kayla drove beside me, she rolled down her window and said "Get in." I opened the door and said "what's the problem?" she sighed and said "other than a new group of hunters and another emissary calling a meeting for us to meet the alpha that killed Constance, nothing." I sighed and moved my bag onto my lap, and pulled out my phone, "do you know anything about this text?" I said as I pulled it up and showed her. She parked and read it, "can't say I do, but we have to go to that meeting in two days and there's only three of us." she said in an aggravated tone. I looked at her and said "Kayla chill, we've got this." Sin waved at us screamed across the parking lot "The dance got moved to today!" Me and Kayla looked at each other and I said "I've never seen her this excited for a dance, normally she hates them." Kayla nodded and said "but this time she has a date." My eyes widen as she tackle hugged a tall guy with styled dirty blonde hair, he was around six foot tall, and he caught her. I laughed and we got out of the car, as we walked inside as I pulled my dress down a little it wasn't a skin tight one, but due to the wind blowing it kinda ran up, and it stopped at my knees. "I'm soooooo glad I wore shorts under this." I said laughing, Kayla smiled as she handed me a box and said "Happy birthday." I opened it and in it was a stainless steel necklace with a crescent moon charm on it, "A moon for a Luna." she said laughing, I smiled and said "thank you Kayla." we hugged as I walked into first period. I got looks as I walked, mostly from the guys that liked to cheat on their girlfriends and some from the girls questioning their sexuality. I felt almost like a girl again, "What can't a girl dress up nice for her birthday!" I yelled making the people jump, Sin laughed as I sat next to her. She handed me a bag and said "Happy birthday." I opened it, there was a ticket to the dance in it and a teddy bear. "Yes Sin I will go to the dance with you!" I said sarcastically, she giggled and said "its not from me." she leaned forward and to reveal a blushing Hunter still trying not stare, I laughed and said "yes I will go to the dance with you, Hunter." I heard him sigh in relief, Sin handed me a note and said "Here's my present." I opened it and said "A free favor coupon, nice." I laughed.

Ap Politics was worse than first today due to the whore squad, "Aww look who's trying to be a girl today!" Taylor said as I walked to my seat ignoring her, one of the guys that was constantly picked on by them said "At least she doesn't have to coat herself in makeup to try to look pretty." I smiled and said "Aww thanks Steve." I sat down and started to do my work, clearly winning the battle between me and whore squad because I heard them talking about my dress and boots. Mr. Sheckman walked in and said "Ok everyone get your groups! It's time to debate!" Me and Kayla instantly paired together, Hunter and Steve paired together. I forgot that they were friends, Steve was a smart guy and very athletic but he wasn't good with talking to girls, but all in a really decent guy, Kayla liked him and he like her but they didn't know it but I did. Me and Kayla took the stand against Nickie and Taylor, the smarter of the whore squad. "Should there be a dress code in school?" Sheck asked us, Kayla and I said "yes." at the same time "nope not at all." Taylor said smugly, "Elaborate girls." he said, "For one, a dress code cuts off the of Freedom of Speech....." I interrupted her saying "Of course you would say that, you'd want to wear a bra and panties to school, just so your 'boy toys' could have easy access to you any time they wanted, a dress code is in effect so we could dress in a sensible manner and still have a sense of freedom of speech." Taylor's mouth just fell open, "We have our winners!" Sheck said as we took our seats.

The rest of the day was a blur, after school the girls decided to meet at my house to get ready, since my dad was gone on business and Chrissy wanted to do our hair. "Soooo who's the mystery child?" I looked at Sin as I put the necklace Kayla gave me on, the with my locket. Sin started blushing and said "His name Kyle, and he's Scottish!" we laughed. I came out with the a silver spaghetti strapped summer dress on and said "Well?" as I twirled, "Silver is a good color for you." Kayla said putting her heels on. "Ok let me do your hair!" Chrissy said as she sat me down, she started braiding it as I slid my sandals on. When we were finished we walked to the school, Steve and Kyle were waiting for us. "Where's Hunter?" I asked looking at them, Steve answered "He was inside when we came out." I nodded and saw him coming outside to greet me, I met him halfway. "you look beautiful." he said greeting me with a hug. "you don't look bad yourself." I said straightening his tie as I pulled him down for a kiss, he smiled and led me inside. We danced for what seemed like forever, "Hey I gotta go out to my car wait here ok?" Hunter asked looking down at me, I nodded and said "ok don't be too long." We kissed again and he went to his car. "Luna! come on its an all girls dance!" Sin said pulling me to the dance floor again. Me, Kayla, and Sin just danced crazily, all of laughing and my phone goes off. "Go outside." It was that mystery number again. "Guys I gotta go check something." I said, "Ok be careful." Kayla said. I walked outside to the parking lot and saw Taylor and Hunter kissing, my phone fell from my hands and made a noise that made them look at me. I picked my phone up and with tears in my eyes said "don't let me interrupt." I quickly walked back inside to grab my bag , Hunter following. "It's not what you think, she trapped me." he said pleading to me. I turned and faced him "Its whatever Hunter, if you didn't want to get back together with you could've just told me, instead of stringing me along and breaking my heart on my birthday. Thank you so very much for the lovely gift." I said sarcastically at the end, I walked back in and grabbed my bag. "I'm sorry guys I really have to go." I said apologetically to Kayla and Sin, "What happened?" Sin asked looking at me, "I don't want to talk about it right now, ok." I said leaving, I shoved Hunter out of my way and left. I slammed the door as I came in my house and stormed up into my room, I found all the stuff Hunter gave and immediately began to put it in a box I found. "Talk to me Plz!" "Luna Plz! It's not what you think Honestly!" "Luna plz I love you!!" I ignored his texts and threw his stuff down the stairs, and went to bed.

The next day I avoided and ignored Hunter, which from what Kayla and Sin told me he looked like hell, I didn't sit near him, I didn't answer any of his notes, I didn't even look at him. I told Kayla and Sin, and they weren't happy with him. Then Taylor decided to be a real bitch, "So me and Hunter were kissing at the dance......" She said and got real quiet, I stood up and walked by her to get a book from a shelf in the library. She started laughing at me as I sat back down, I sighed and threw the book I grabbed at her knocking her of her chair, thank god for werewolf strength. "Hey apologize!" said Nickie, I looked and the book and said "I'm sorry for putting through that, you poor book." I got up and left, I signed out and left the school. I thought to myself 'I'm so done with these people.' A black mustang pulled up beside me. "What do you want?" I said to Hunter as he drove beside me, "I want to talk." he said, "I have nothing to say to you Argent." I said coldly, "that just sent an arrow through me." he said sadly, "Good because I feel like I've been shot!" I yelled at him. "Senna please give me another chance." he asked, "No! you made your bed now lay in it!" I started to run. When I got to my house he pulled up and got out, he started banging on my door forcing Chrissy to open it. "I'm not leaving till I talk to her." I heard him say from downstairs, "She's locked herself in her room, you'll have to stay down here in the other spare room." she said solemnly. I fell asleep and had a nightmare.
