*Robin*

We walked in ..."Umm hello I'm looking for a David Wilson" I asked the lady behind the desk. She smiled and got up and then walked over to the back....I hope this is the right guy,ugh I shouldn't have come here. That's when a tall brownskin guy walked up, he looked exactly like Marcus just a older version. "Mr.Wilson ?"

"Yeah that's me how may I help you sweetie ?" the man asked leaning up against the desk. I was still very nervous but I had to do it. "Um I was wondering do you know a Marcus Wilson ?" I finally got out, his eyes went huge as if he saw a ghost or something. "Come with me to the back" he said leading me to his office. It was very nice, you could tell he was the owner of the company. "So how do you Marcus ?" he asked as we sat down at the desk. "I'm his girlfriend Robin" I said shyly. "What a beautiful young woman you are Robin" he said I smiled.

After we talked he explained how he didn't walk out of Marcus' life. In fact his Paula (Marus Mother) packed up and left one day. He never knew he had a son till about 9yrs later and when he tried reaching out he got nothing. I told him how his mother died and he cried, I felt real bad for him. He said Paula (Marcus Mother) was the love of his life and they was young and in love. "She proberly thought I was gonna be a dead beat if she said she was pregnant" he said. But after she left he moved to the upper east side of town and started a business. He wanted to meet Marcus for the first time and was willing to be a part in his life. I hope Marcus is willing to forgive and forget and move forward.

It was time to leave and I was excited because it was the day before my break and I got everything set. When I got home I told Michael about it so he wouldn't find out otherwise. He wasn't mad but he said Marcus might be. He said it could go either way at this point. That had me having second thoughts...damn what if he doesn't want anything to do with him.

The next day school went as usual, After school I drove to the mall and picked up 2 gift baskets. One for Marcus and one for Michael. Michael's had regular shit in it,but Marcus' I went all out. Just incase he doesn't like my first gift. When I got home I hid the gifts in my room and took a shower. I was so happy its almost christmas. Once I got out I decided to bake cookies and blast christmas music. I then called up my girls to come over so we can chill and they said ok.

We was gonna have a slumber party and do each others nails and hair. As we was frosting the sugar cookies my song came on. I started to sing along...
