Dear diary,
I do not believe in love at first sight. I do not believe in love at second sight either. But I do believe that when two souls meet up for the very first time, it can make something like 'click'.
And this happened when I talked to you that night, four years ago. I do not even know how this actually works to be honest. I think it may have to do something with physics or chemics or biology but science is not my thing.
I am just one of these people who put their hope into everything they do, just to end up really disappointed because things didn't wanna work out. It is said that hope is the last thing that dies and heaps of people ask themselves how it works, hoping. You knew the answer.
And one day I started to wonder that if hope is the last thing that dies: what had to drown in the water before?
I looked at you and the only thing I could see in your dark eyes was empty despair.
