No Ordinary Cosplay Competition

3rd persons POV

Another one of Hawk Moth's akuma strikes again. Evening airplane flights were cancelled due to the bad weather they're experiencing. Then one passenger got really angry because he has to catch the flight because of an urgent business trip.

But Luckily, Parisians greatest superheroes arrived just in time. The fight wasn't as easy as Ladybug and Chat Noir had in thought. The villain blasts innocent people off to space, and It's 8 o'clock in the evening. They should be in their respective houses doing homework for goodness sake! But a superhero has to do what a superhero has to do.

The battle lasted for hours but they were victorious.

"Good jod Chat!" but then Ladybug's miraculous beeped signaling her to detransform at any second.

"Bug out." Ladybug waved at Chat Noir. " See you again M'lady."

Marinette arrived at her room exhausted ( the same goes for Adrien too ).

" Wow. This is quite a night Marinette." Tikki said as she flew out from Marinette's purse.

" Yeah, and it's no better because I still have homework to do."

As soon as Marinette finished her homework, she wasn't aware that she fell asleep on her desk.

The next day....

"Tikki what time is it?" Mari groaned as she woke up. Last night was quite a work out.

"7:50"

"What?!?!?" (sorry I don't know what time school starts at their school)

Marinette has only 10 minutes to get ready so she changed, grabbed her bag, rushed downstairs and bid her parents goodbye.

She ran to school as fast as she can. Luckily, when she entered her room she still has 2 minutes.

"Wow girl, at least you weren't late for class. What happened by the way? You look like your batteries are really drained."

Marinette was to tired to answer. In fact, she was barely awake.

" Girl? Hellooo.." Alya gave a confused look because a certain blond is having the same issues. Nino tried to have a decent conversation with Adrien but only ended to have a "huh?", "okay", "that's great" answers.

" What's up with these two?" Alya asked Nino.

" I dunno. Maybe Adrien's Daddy-o made him do late night photoshoots or something"

The bell rang...

Ms. Bustier entered the classroom. The students were a little but confused to why the principal Mr. Damocles was with her.

" Good morning class! Mr. Damocles has an announcement."

" Good morning students! Our school is going to have a costplay competition. Different classes have different topics assigned. And I've picked yours to be about Parisians superheroes Ladybug and Chat Noir!"

Noises filled the room. "This is going to be awesome." "cool!"

But then Adrien and Marinette just finished processing the information they just heard and jumped wide awake from their "sleepy" situation.
