She has a "sister" named Patricia. Patricia is a pink stick unicorn, that is also is some of Twaimz's Youtube videos/Vines and in the music video, The Roll Call Song. Issa Twaimz got Gertrude and Patricia from his father, Tony Twaimz, for his birthday. Gertrude has is own instagram acc. which is @gertrudethestickhorse and Patricia's instagram acc. is @patriciathestickunicorn. Also they have there own twitter acc. which are @thestickhorse and @thestickunicorn.
