Draft version Two:
Cullen
at first sight
"You left teeth marks on my chest." I point at my rock hard left pec and give her my best I'm-Not-Amused look. Right eyebrow arched? Check. Frowning? Check. Arms crossed? Check. Amused? Very, but hiding it well.
The flustered and blushing cutie standing before me squints and stares at my chest. She squints harder. Oh it's there, sweetheart, that hickey you'd just given me when your face collided with my body.
"I don't see anything," she says, defiance in her tone and in her pretty, wide brown eyes. She chews on her thick, pink bottom lip. Her long black hair, wet and wavy, makes her look like a mermaid in the water. The aqua tankini that she's wearing doesn't hide her curves. I like how she's not just skin over bones. A splash of freckles cover the bridge of her nose and the top of her cheeks.
Shit, she's even cuter than I thought. I'm in trouble.
I noticed her earlier when she ran into the water after her friends. She laughed and danced, and welcomed the sun with closed eyes and an infectious smile.
She caught me staring at her. As I didn't look away, our eyes locked. The smile and joy on her face died. She quickly looked away as if my eyes were those of Medusa's.
That bothered me. It's still bothering me. If she hadn't accidentally bumped into me just now, I would have approached her anyway. This is good. I'm going to toy with her a bit.
I cough and pat my chest. "Damn, it hurts. Are your teeth made of rocks?"
"No, they're made of enamel, just like your pearly whites." She narrows her eyes at me. Ooh, feisty. Me like.
"Listen, I'm sorry I bumped into you earlier." She inches closer to me, so close that I could feel her breath on my chest. It tickles. "There's like no mark on your chest. I'm sure you'll be fine." With that, she gives me a forced smile and turns away.
"Hey, wait!" I reach out for her shoulder and my fingers get caught in a loop of her tankini strap by her neck. She's walking away and my fingers are stuck, tugging at her strap like I'm trying to strip her. She freezes, probably thinking just that, that I'm trying to take off her top as retaliation.
She spins around and swings her fist at me, her knuckles grazing my jaw. Bless my catlike reflexes, and I thank her genes for not making her any taller. This little firecracker could pack quite a punch, I'm sure.
With her nostrils flared, face reddened, and teeth clenched, she glares at me. She's adorable even when she's mad.
"I never liked you, Cullen Frist. And now you've given me a reason to hate you."

Draft Version One...
Callie
I close my eyes and breathe in the scents of summer. The sun's warmth kisses my face. I'd loved to get a tan today, but my skin will just burn and flake off like a snake's. Maybe I'm a half-vampire since my skin burns so easily. Then again, these days, vampires don't combust or turn into dust when the sun is out. They sparkle like fancy diamonds.
"Come into the water," Autumn calls out to me, waving both her arms. A warm blush spreads across my cheeks when I notice how much Autumn's boobs jiggle with each wave of her arms. Boys all over the beach are staring at her. Who could blame them? You'd think a bikini that costs more than a hundred dollars would be made with more cloth. Then again, Autumn wouldn't have bought the bikini if it didn't show off her ass...ets. My cousin is definitely a love (or lust, LOL) at first sight girl.
