Chapter 6. School

" beep beep beep" oh right I have school today greatttttttttt 😒 I should have gone next Monday but my mom insisted I got on Friday. Which is pointless because I'm only there a day then the weekend. I took a shower and put little make up on.  I slipped into comfortable clothes and went downstairs. (OUTFIT ON TOP) I grabbed an apple and water bottle and waited for my mom to come downstairs.
"Ready sweetie?" My mom grabbed the keys and opened the door.
" I still don't understand why I'm going on a Friday and not Monday."
" well you can make friends and then in the weekend you can meet up and I don't want you to be in the house anymore being all lazy.
I rolled my eyes and waited to get to school. Turns out the school wasn't far from my house I could penny board there instead. " bye mom " I left the car and went into the big school.  Well I'm sure to get lost. I had to go to the office to get my schedule but there was an endless hall of classrooms. Someone tapped my shoulder " hi I'm Emily are you new here?"
" yeah I'm trying to find the office but I just see classrooms.
" yeah the office is upstairs here follow me" we walked upstairs and went into the office to get my schedule and locker number. " you have have 1,2& lunch with me."
I smiled while I went to my locker.
" so where are you from"
" I moved here from Florida" I put a small mirror in my locker. The bell rang and we walked to first period which was history.
I walked in and saw Marcus talking to Lucas.  " class we have a new student Angel would you like to tell us something about yourself.  All eyes stared at me and Marcus smiled at me " um...ok um my name is Angel shay I moved here from Florida and yeah.. I quickly sat next to Emily which was in front of Marcus. " ok class let's get started. Class was pretty quick which was good because I dread this class. Me and Emily were walking to our next class when I felt two strong arms wrap around my waist and pulled me close. " hey angel" Marcus smiled at me . " hey Marcus " I smiled back.
" what's your next class ?" Marcus asked. I looked at my list and said " English anddddd this is Emily" she did a small wave and Marcus waved back.
" are you two like dating"
" no but we're going on a date today " Marcus said pulling me close. Ringggggg the bell rang and me and Emily walked to English. Lunch finally came around and I walked to a empty table with Emily. Marcus and Lucas and his friends came to join us. A girl came up to Marcus and sat on his lap " hey baby " Marcus pushed her off " Vanesa we broke up I've moved on"
" oh please your just saying that you know you can't get over me."
" actually I already had and I'm going on a date with her tomorrow." Marcus reached over for my hand and smiled.
" Her?! Ew she's like really ugly !!"
Well that hurt but I do look like a potato.
She gave me a death glare and stomped away. " you are not ugly" Marcus squeezed my hand and smiled.
I could stare at his smiles all day 😌
Jake and Emily seen to be flirting and I can see her blushing. " aww you guys look like a good couple " I said. She looked at Jake  with a smile and he smiled back.

" alright class I will pass this bowl around and has all your names in it. As soon as you know your paper go sit next your partner. I was currently in health class and our assignment was to take care of a baby. I hoped I got Marcus and not a random boy. I picked a paper and opened it.
'Lucas'
Atleast I knew him. I went to sit next to Lucas. I could see Marcus was a little jealous. Marcus pulled a paper out and his face dropped he went to sit next too ......
