Isolated love [Ereri/Riren]

Chapter 1 - Nightmares.

Beaten, bruised, scarred. Beaten, bruised, scarred. It never stopped. Cries of horror echo throughout the pale white walls. Pins and needles sprinting like untamed beasts up and down the cold, bare feet. Icy cold blood racing down the face of a young boy, a boy who no one loved. Isolated. Cackles of laughter, cries of terror. Nightmares..

Eren Jaegar was a young 16 year old teenager. Just like everyone else, he went to school, made mistakes, cried, laughed. But unlike some, unloved. His brown messy hair along with his ocean blue/green eyes lit up when he saw children laughing with their parents but then dimmed down, replaying his past as a child. Mother was killed, Father came to abuse, left, came to abuse, left. All the years Eren had kept himself to himself, but always smiled as brightly as possible when people asked: "You okay?" No one noticed that he was depressed. Eren wanted it to stay that way.

The young teenager was sat on his bed, wrapped up in his warm covers, sighing quietly as he scrolled through his laptop. Saturday mornings were always the same, quite boring. Eren had a crush on a guy in his school, but the boy was merely popular. Levi Ackerman. In Eren's eyes he was the definition of perfect; Levi's perfectly hair, his cold glassy eyes, his singing voice.
"Man, i've got to stop having feelings for him; he's on a totally different level. I could never have a chance with him." Eren muttered to himself, raking his hands through his messy hair. The boy shut his laptop, placed it on his untidy desk and walked to the bathroom, running a shower.
