Into the Forest with Garrett

He went running down the hill into the forest.''Don't get lost little one.'' ''I'm not little dad,I'm 6''.Garrett soon got tired of running through the forest.10 minutes had past,and Garrett slowly started to realize he might be lost in the grand forest."Oh no..no no no!" F
Garrett panicked.He started to cry.
He sat down next to a tree.A very odd and old looking tree.It was gigantic.And,for some reason,it felt whimsical....Garrett sat by the tree until it was nightfall."Dad please rescue me,I'm so sorry,I am little.'' he whispered to himself.
Back at the hill,Garrett' s dad went into the forest himself."Garrett!" he called out into the forest."Garrett!Please come out!It's been 2 hours since you've went into here!".But it was no use.Garrett had wandered to deep into the forest.Into the part where the Grand Tree stood.The odd,whimsical,old tree.
Garrett was falling asleep nearby the tree when he suddenly heard a noise."Huh".Garrett stood up looking worried and sleepy.He went back and sat down.I probably imagined it,he thought.But what Garrett wasn't noticing was that the tree was glowing.A warm glow.He looked out into a pond nearby the glowing tree,and he noticed the tree.The tree he was sitting on."What....?" He touched the tree to see if a chemical reaction happened.Nothing.He did it again.This time something did happen.Something or someone was talking."Garrett,you have found the curse of the tree" the voice said "30 years later,when you have died,the tree will curse the person who touches it 2 times.Goodbye Garrett,and may you live a happy life."And with that,the voice was gone.
Garrett' s father was lost too,in the forest now,but no,he didn't find Garrett.The dad died of poison ivy.And Garrett found his way out the forest,not knowing his father went looking for him.But 30 years later,a group of friends ventured into the forest,and one of them found the tree.
