10: 20 days
{Ladybug}
"Tikki, how does he not know?" I asked, pacing around the room.
"I honestly just think it's denial, Mari don't worry," Tikk flew up to her cheek and cuddled her. I smiled but that smile faded when Tikki, squeaked and hid. A moment later Adrian opened up that hatch door.
"Hi," He waved.
"Uhh...hi," I waved back.
How?
He smiled and climbed into the room.
Does he?
He sat on my chaise and put his head in his hands. "What's wrong?" I asked.
"Tiered and needing company, that's all"
Not?
"Well you came to the right place,"
Know?
I sat down next to him. "Kitty there is something else. Spill." I said softly, "You need someone to talk to,"
He sighed, "I think I know who Ladybug is..."
It's December 5th. 20 days to go until he'll know for real. He'll know that I was balancing on a thin cord when I gave him the hint.
10: December 5th
[Chat Noir]
I raced along the roofs, looking around in the dark and sleeping Paris.
I have to find Ladybug. I have to double check.
I searched around all night but only saw glimpses of her silhouette and they vanished when I came near.
What is going on, is she looking for me? I need to know, I need to know who she is.

As it got closer and closer to Christmas, I got more anxious. There had been no akuma attacks and I never saw her on patrol. I started to give up on her, until Christmas Eve.
Marinette asked me to come over after in the afternoon, vaguely saying that it was important.
I couldn't focus all day.
What did Marinette have to tell me? Was it about Ladybug? Was it explaining why she has been avoiding me?
After a photoshoot, I grabbed my stuff and walked with Marinette to her house. Once we were in her room with a plate of freshly made cookies. Marinette opened up a map. With her tongue peeking out of the corner of her mouth she set it up perfectly on a pin board. She carefully punctured the map with a pin. She grabbed a cookie and took a bite, staring at the map. After finishing the bite she turned to me and said, "Meet Ladybug there, you know for her promise thing. She couldn't tell you earlier because she couldn't find you when it was a night when you go on patrol together." She smiled and I assume my face lit up when she said that.
