Meeting the Weasleys

A/n this is My first fanfic so hope you enjoy

It was a warm summer day, But knowing myself I was probably just going to stay in. Plus I was going to wait for my hogwarts letter. My family are pure-blood raven claws so they were expecting me to be the same, but to be honest I kinda want to be in griffindor.

"MACKENZIE JOANNE VALENTINE YOUR LETTER IS HERE." My mother yelled.
"Coming mother"

I approached my mother and she handed me the letter and I read aloud.....

Dear Ms. Valentine,
We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted to hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry. Find a enclosed list of all necessary books and equipment.

Term begins September 1st. We await your owl no later than July 31st.

Without letting my parents talk I ran upstairs and wrote a letter back saying that I will be attending.

I woke up slowly, I really didn't want to get out of bed, then I remembered that we going to diagon alley at 2.

I looked up at the time . 10:30.
I decided that I would actually get up and take a shower. I walked to.my bathroom, stripped my clothes, and got into the hot shower. I washed my hair with my rasberry scented shampoo and the matching conditioner. Along with the coconut body scurb I washed my body with.

I went backed to my room and got dressed. (Beatles shirt, denim skinny jeans, black high top converse.) After that I french braided my hair and put on some mascara and lip gloss.

I went down stairs and found a letter on the table. I opened it and started to read.

Dear kitten,
Your mother and I had to go to the minstery so the Weasleys are gonna take you to diagon alley. You have never met them before but you mother and I are very close with them. Hope you have fun dear.
With love,
Mother and Father
P.s. they will be here at 1 o'clock sharp.

I put the letter down and looked at the clock and it said 12:30. So I ran up and grabbed my crossbody bad my parents got me from the muggle world and headed downstairs for an apple.

When I had just finished my apple I heard a knock at the door. "Come in" I yelled. All the sudden a load of redheads came in. A plump redheaded women walked up to me. "You must be makenzie, I'm molly Weasley ," she widely smile. "Nice to meet you molly." I returned the smile. "Now deary let me introduce you to my children." And with that she yelled and they came. I noticed one though. He had a twin but there was just something different about him. He smiled at me and I blushed and turned away. This is ginny, ron, Fred and George, and last but not least Percy." She said while pointing at the of them. George. I liked that name. "Ron is also a first year yall while become great friends, Now let me go get the floor powder out of my car." And with that she was heading out side. "Yall are more than welcome to sit down," I said politely. "Thank you ma lady," George said and kissed my hand. I blushed then I walked up to ron. "What do you want to get sorted in." Ron looked up "I'm hoping I get in griffindor but I guess raven claw wouldn't be too bad." He was basically the same as me. "Same. Although my parents were both raven claws I just don't feel like I would..." I was cut off my mrs. Weasley. "Okay dearys I left the floo powder at home so we are gonna have to pack in the car." I glanced at George and noticed that he was checking me out which made me blush even more. "Okay let's see here...ummm. okay so Percy up front, twins have window seats, ron in middle, ginny sit on fred and MacKenzie sit on George. Ron rolled his eyes because he clearly did not want to sit in the middle.

Molly showed me to the car. It was a small car, now I see why ron did not want to sit in the middle. Finally the boys got in and ginny and I got in. I sat on George. Which was awkward.
"Mum can MacKenzie stay until September first, I really like her," ginny said. Which I wouldn't mind staying, I liked ginny. "Sure honey her parents wouldn't mind, just let me turn around so Makenzie can pack her stuff." So with that she turned around and headed to the house.

I woke up. It was gonna be a sleepless night. So I decided I would go down stairs and sit on the sofa.

I made it down to the living room, but there was someone else. George Weasley. This past 2 weeks were great with him. I would date him but I'm too young for love. At least I think.
I sat down right next to him.
" why are you up so late?"George asked.

"I could ask you the same thing," I smirked

"Well fred sounds like a lawnmower up there."

I giggled. I snuggled up to George, as a friendly gesture. "Why do you think your to young for love?" George  asked. that was a weird question to ask. "Cause I just wanna wait til second year." He nodded and rested his head on mine. Then I started to drift into a sleep.

First im on the ground. Out of no where a flash of green light it me. Im unconscious.  George runs up to me. NO! I CAN'T LOSE YOU TOO! PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME!

My headed shot up causing George to wake up. "What's wrong?!" I wanted to talk but I couldnt. Everything went black.

I woke up on the couch with a bad headache. "Thank goodness your okay deary," molly said while  coming over. "I feel better molly, how long till we leave." "Get ready then we will leave dear." She said with a smile.
