Marinette's P.O.V.
Today was the day they were pulling names, I didn't want to be in this stupid competition but I figured I wouldn't be since there's thousands of girls entering from our province... I went to go and watch the drawing live on the Report with my family in the living room, we had a small house, but considering we were fives it made sense. (A/N I know it's following america's story by Marinette being a five but I think it fits her character being a five since she loves to draw.)
One of my 'friends' Nathaniel thought I should enter in the contest, he was about the closest thing I had to a friend. We saw each other a lot when we were trying to sell our art and we wouldn't talk. Eventually we became quite acquainted with each other and we would go and help one another with the current piece that we were working on.
If my name does get pulled... I thought... I hope there are other fives there.
A/N OKAY!!! Yes! New story thing!!! Cool! Yay! But seriously, I wanted to post it REALLY SOON!!! But I haven't written the full chapter yet, and expect that soon!
