The television came on and a figure could be seen in the dark. It said "Haha hello Gotham it is I the Joker. My friend and I were just heading back to your wonderful town. OK let me get to the point you will all be dead that is if you don't listen to me. Okay bye."
Bruce heard all of this and immediately got to work. He checked if any other villains were set free. Only Joker was free. Until Bruce realised that Someone from the league of Shadows could be working against him.
"Hello Gotham I am your newly elected mayor. We have developed an escape to Central city. So the Joker and his friend will not find us." assured the new mayor. Plans were put in place to get the people of Gotham safe. That same night the Parliament building blew up.
A debate broke out between whether Central city blew up Parliament or not.
"Sir do you believe that Central city blew up Parliament?" asked Alfred. "By that do you mean, that Robin was involved?" responded Bruce. The television went on announcing that no new mayor would be elected.
Three days later a peace treaty was to be signed. The Bat and Robin were asked to be there.
