I walked to school alone. I usually walk with Kayla but, i'm not sure what to say. When I walk into homeroom, I see Tyler standing on top of the teachers desk. Then he starts talking, "Attention Mr. Dawnsey's homeroom. I just wanted to let you all know, that I like chicken." God, he's random. Tyler hadn't had a chance to get off of the desk when Mr. Dawnsey walks in. "Tyler, lunch detention with me today." he says calmly. Tyler rolls his eyes and goes to his seat. "Alright class, today we will be talking about bullying." I zone out right then and there. About 10 minutes later I wake up to the sound of the bell and the fact that Mr. Dawnsey is yelling my name. "What..." I groan. "Lunch detention today Mackenzie." he says. "WHAT?!" I yell. "Mr. Dawnsey, I can't do lunch detention today. I have to work something out with a friend at lunch.." "Mackenzie, school is more important than friends." "But..." I know there's no use. I walk out of the classroom and hear the bell ring. Great, i'm late for first period now too.
