Here's your payment girl.it was awesome.good work!" The stranger uttered while he tied his shoelaces. It had been a long long night for Anisha.Prostitution had been banned since a long time back but it was the only way for girls like her to earn their daily bread. To be honest these girls dint even exist, wasn't that an irony,if the occupation dint exist then how would they following it.
With these thoughts in her mind,Anisha walked the streets towards what she called her 'home'.
Would someone worry if someday she was late..or someday if she dint turn up.would someday care if she dint have her dinner.or she was too sick to go fo her job.how would life be to have such a person..to have a family.she wondered..Although it was 7:45 in the morning, the road seemed pretty crowded that day.Holding her five inch red heels in her left hand, she walked the street.
"Mummy, aap kahi matt jana thik hai.promise karo, pinky walla promise."This sentence startled her. This sweet innocent what sounded like a tingling bell voice. Her eyes searched for the voice and froze on that most beautiful creation of god.
A little girl of two three years was hugging who seemed to be her mother before entering the school gates.'It must be her first day' Anisha wondered.she asked her mother to b waiting right there for her as soon as her school ended.Anisha knew,it was something she could never have.those little arms hugging her tight, those cute little promises those hopeful eyes. For once for only once how bad she wished..hadn't she been orphaned at the age of ten and sold off too this dark world. Maybe..just maybe....
She could feel her eyes filled with tears, but wore a smile on her face.
She looked at the sky for once, and walked away
Silently.
