I woke up with sweat all over me and Kai not next to me. I don't know if that was a dream or it was a flashback. I pray it was just a dream.
I got out of bed thinking about the nightmare. Was it a sign or something? Because I haven't told Kai I lost my job last night. Even with my job, we were still struggling. The bills & everything.
I opened the door and peeked into the small living room in me & Kai's apartment. I saw her, Alecie, Kailee, and Thank goodness Dominic Jr. Sitting there. I was so thankful.
I ran up to all of them and squeezed them. "Good morning daddy!" I heard Kailee say. "Da-Da." I heard Junior. I smiled and pulled them closer. "Aww group hug!" I heard my annoying sister, Alecie say. "Ew get off me." I said pushing her away.
"Forget you!" She said. "Good morning baby." Kai said. I bit my lip at her sexy voice. "Morning family!" I said hugging them tighter. Alecie scoffed. "Someone's jelly and all." Kai said sitting back down on the couch.
"Alright come here Alecie." I said. "Family hug!" She said squeezing me. "Ah. Alecie, Can't breath!" I said. She let go. "Family. Is so good." "Shutup pale bucket!" I said. Her mouth dropped. "Go suck a-" "ALECIE THOMAS!" Kai yelled at her. "What?"
"Kailee & Dominic are still in here!" Kailee ran in here with tears in her eyes. "Oh mami. What's the matter?" I said pulling her on my lap. "Jr threw his bottle at me." She said wiping her eyes. Alecie scoffed trying to stop herself from laughing. Kai smacked her leg. "It's not funny Aunt Alecie!" She said pointing to her.
"Aww. Come to mommy." "Noooo! I want Daddy!" She said moving around so her head could rest on my shoulder. Then Kai started frowning.
"Kailee, You made mommy sad." I said bouncing her. Then Jr. Came in. He started crying. I reached out for him but he swerved me to go to Kai. (LMFAO!) "Aww you hungry?" Kai got up and went to the kitchen to make his bottle.
Kailee was sleep already. I gave her to Alecie and She rocked her. "Your gonna be a good mom Lex." I said.
"Yeah yeah yeah." Alecie said. I went to the bathroom to take a shower, So I can go job searching.
After I was done, I got out and put my clothes on. I brushed my teeth and washed my face. I opened the bathroom door and went out to see my love sitting on the bed waiting for me.
"Where are you going?" She asked. "Just out with Damian." I lied. She nodded.
"Well don't be too long. I'm off today." She said smiling. I knew exactly what she meant. "I promise ma. Ill be back. Now be good." She laughed.
"You should be saying that to the kids. Even Alecie."
"Aye! I heard that!"
"Anyway where's my kissss??" She said puckering her lips.
I grabbed her face and kissed her. She pulled away but I pulled her back for more. Then I heard someone clearing their throat. We continued to kiss slowly until we stopped. "And you told me, 'The kids are still in here!' " Alecie said in the doorway shaking her head.
"Someone's a little mad just because they don't have a man..." I said. "Dommie. She gonna kill you when you get back." Kai said. "Yup."
"Bye." I said walking past both of them. I looked at Kailee who was sleeping & Jr who was trying to crawl. I picked him up and he started laughing & grinning. "Bye Jr. Bye Kai." I said to the kids and left.
