Hello, my name is London I am 15 years old and I am an orphan. I mean I do have a home but it doesn't feel like a real home. But at least I have somewhere to live and people care about me. The year is 1963 and I am in my room reading some books. Oh how I love my books. I love all kinds of books, but I'd have to say that my favorite type of books I like to read are the ones written by Walt Disney. I know his books are for children but I really like them. I have spent the last years reading these books and they remind me of when I was a child. It really makes me happy. I can spend hours reading these books about fairy tales. I can never get bored of these books... ever. I spend hours upstairs in my room reading my books. It was getting very late so I decide to read one more book. This book is my favorite out of all of the books by Walt Disney. This book is my dream. It is called Peter Pan and it is about a boy named Peter Pan and he takes the character Wendy Darling and her brothers to a place called Neverland. I wish I could go to Neverland. I wouldn't have to worry about growing up. As I get to the part when it talks about Peter Pan's shadow I gently fall asleep. About an hour later I hear some really loud wind. Like it's really loud, so loud that I can't hear my radio. Then my window opens, which is really creepy because it is really hard to open my window. I get out of bed so I can shut it. As I try to close it I see a dark figure. It looks like a shadow and it seems to come straight towards me. It scares me so I run back in bed and cover myself up. A few minutes later I quietly slip out of bed because I think I'm in half of a dream. So I go over to my window and start to try to shut it again, but then I see a hand and it grabs me and pulls me out of my window. That was the last time I saw my home.
