Percy
I'm greeted with a sense of deja vu when I feel cold water dribble down my face. I know what you're thinking, a son of Poseidon can't get wet. However, I have to consciously be thinking that. Can't do that while I'm sleeping.
Anyway, I get up, sputtering, wiping away the water in my eyes. Looking up, I see Thalia standing over me with a smirk on her face. "Revenge is a dish best served cold." She evilly smiled.
Walking over to where Annabeth is, she dumped the rest of the water on her.
The result is instantaneous. "Thalia!" Annabeth shrieked, her gray eyes glaring. She shakes her head in defeat. "I suppose this was called for. But you better watch your back." She warned the daughter of Zeus.
Leo is watching the entire exchange with an entertained look on his face. "You two are fun to watch. Not as much as Percy and Annabeth, but still fun."
They turn to glare at him simultaneously. He shrunk away under their piercing glare, which is ten times more potent, now that it is combined.
Annabeth sighed and goes to dry her hair off. Once she does, she pulls her slightly damp hair back into a ponytail. By the time she's done this, I have cleaned up my tent, and my bedroll. Everything is packed away.
"So, are we planning on sticking together?" Calypso asked softly, but no one misses the glance she throws at Leo except for him.
Annabeth and I exchanged a look. "I think we should." She said. "Even though we attract more monsters, we have more fighters to hold them off."
"Like me." I said, winking.
She rolled her eyes. "Plus, both Percy and I discovered the plot, so we should be at Olympus. The gods will want us both there." I nodded in agreement.
"How are we going to get there?" Hazel questioned.
"Good question, Hazel. Let me think." Annabeth said.
I smiled confidently. "I've got a way."
She turned to me and raised her eyebrow. "What's that, Seaweed Brain? You are going to get us all a ride?" She pointed to the crowd.
I shrugged. "Sure." I let out a piercing whistle.
Annabeth stood there in disbelief, her arms crossed, tapping her foot. All of a sudden, a midnight-black pegasus lands right behind her.
"Blackjack!" I said, crossing over to him and stroking his head.
Hey boss. Who are the new girls? Especially the blonde girl. Can she talk? Why isn't she talking? Do you think she knows how to talk? (I've seen Frozen wayyyyyy to many times)
Annabeth stood there speechless, her mouth open. I smirked. "Take note of this, Leo. Annabeth Chase speechless. It's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity."
She shook herself out her stupor and looked at the pegasus head on. "He's quite beautiful. Impressive." But what about the rest of us?" She asked.
The sound of massive wings flapping resonates above us. Eight pegasi land around us, and a fast horse comes running from the left.
"See, one for each of you. Hazel, Arion is for you. Fastest horse alive, but he needs to be fed in gold all the time. You seem to be the best one for the job."
Arion whinnied, and I wince at the amount of curses spilling out of his mouth. "He says he likes you most out of these humans."
Annabeth mounted her pegasi, and asks, "What about you, Jason?"
