The Alerts button lit up. I clicked it. I was finally going to get a Level 25 Mire trainer! My first. I accepted the Crossroads and looked my lair on-screen. Unnamed. The profile of the Coatl dragon appeared. She was green, brown and had a splash of purple on her underbelly. I clicked on the Coliseum. Then my screen went black, and my eyes saw nothing.
I opened my eyes to my plain bedroom. Beige ceiling, beige carpet, beige comforter. Then I glanced at my alarm clock. 7:10. I groaned and put my pillow on top of my head. I was up 20 minutes early. Then I instantly remembered my dream. What the heck? I thought. I had been dreaming about Flight Rising? I jumped out of bed and checked my Flight Rising account. No sign of any high level Coliseum trainer other than my usual two farmers. I sighed. Yup, a dream. How annoying was that?
I washed my face and combed my hair, changed out of my sleepwear, then walked downstairs. My mom was still asleep upstairs. I looked in the fridge and poured myself a glass of milk, then sleepily looked for my lunch. I popped it into the microwave and gulped down my milk. I looked on the stove for breakfast and ladled up a bowl of red bean soup. Yum. The microwave beeped and I slid the lunch container into my lunch bag. I ate my red bean soup slowly, checking the time regularly. I didn't want to miss my bus.
The bus came and I hopped on with my friend Rachel. I got to school, walked to my first class, Enrichment, read books, checked some game accounts, then checked my online chat. I smiled and sent a new message on it, then walked to my next class, Humanities.
(I dedicated this chapter to Sunnya22 because she pushed me a bit to add a story to my profile and asked me what stories I had. Without her, I probably wouldn't have made a story at all.)
