Socks

chapter 1 (the stress out)

Ever wondered where those socks you put in the washing machine really go when you can't find them? Well I tell you now it's not a pretty story.

It was a dark Monday morning in the little town of Twinkies and I lay in bed fast asleep until "get your lazy bum out of bed!" screamed mum, I was so startled that fell out my bed with such a crash that I made the whole room shake. I slowly and carefully raise myself off of the pink carpet, making sure I don't fall over again.

After breakfast, I go back upstairs to get changed, but first I always like to do my teeth. So I did that without fail, but when I started to get changed it all began to go wrong.

I was going to wear my school trousers with socks (which was perfectly normal) so I go to put my socks on and I can't find them anywhere. I look in the washing machine window to find that was eating them, sucking them into it's silicone gap. It was horrible! Once it had finished washing I tried to get them out but when I finally found them.....they were destroyed.
