I found her

Natsu's POV

As I was getting closer to my seat that's next to this girl, I had a great urge to talk to her, to get her to know me. She wasn't really looking at me though. All she was doing was looking at her notes for the class. She looked nervous and a little bit scared. She was wearing really baggy clothing and had her hair in a messy bun, and had circle glasses on her face, but I could tell that she was really pretty, no, BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!

I sit down and look at her for a while. She knows that I'm looking at her, and that it makes her even more nervous. I don't want her to think that I'm a perv or a stalker, so I decided to talk to her.

Hi, my names Natsu what's yours? I whispered to her.

I already knew her name because the teacher said it, but I just want to hear her voice, I know it will sound like an angel's melody.

She didn't say anything. I know she heard me because we were two feet away from each other, but she didn't say anything.

TIME SKIP

The bell rings and class ends. Lucy walks out of the class as fast as she could. I was so confused. Was I the reason she was nervous and scared? Did I do something wrong? I thought to myself. But I know that that girl is my mate. That girl. Lucy Heartfilia. Anyway, I can't take her with me yet if she's scared, I'll have to win her trust, then we will go the isolated island that only I know about and start the mating process with her. I sighed then walked out of class going to my next one. What was it again? I take out my schedule and see that I have Art. Ok, I like art this class would be fine.

I get to art class and I see that Lucy is in the back of the class! Omg awesome!! I get to try again with her!! I walk up to her to try to sit next to her when my hand was suddenly grabbed and pulled to sit down in a chair. Me with a surprised look on my face looks around and tries to comprehend what had just happened. The person that pulled me to the chair was Lasagna.

Ohh hey. I said a little shocked.

Hey Natsu! Sit next to me in this period ok, ok! She said flirting with me a little.

Actually I wanna sit next to Lucy over there. I said as I pointed to Lucy sitting all the way in the back of the class.

Eww, why do you wanna sit next to her? She doesn't talk, she's not popular or pretty, and all she wears are those baggy clothes. She's a loner and a mute. She said while smirking. You're much better than that girl you belong with people like me and...

Shut up!!!!

She was quiet.

I don't have to listen to some girl I just met tell me who to hang out with and who not too. I said really annoyed and a little bit angry. I get up and walk to Lucy. Just seeing her makes me feel so much better.

Hey Luce!!! I said while sitting next to her. I think I shocked her a little because as I sat down she jumped.

Oops sorry. Is it ok? Can you let me sit here? I asked hoping to the lords she'll say yes.

She nodded her head hesitantly and I sat down next to her.

The teacher walked into class and started the session.

Today's assignment is that you will draw what makes you happy, and you guys have to make it a wonderful drawing because it is worth 100% of your grade. The teacher says evilly >:)

WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!! The students yelled in shock.

Oh and did I mention that it's due tomorrow? Mwahahahahaha!!! The teacher laughs as he was leaving the class filled with his dumb struck students.

I just had a great idea!!!!!!!!

Umm, Luce? I said kind of nervous.

She looks up at me with those beautiful brown eyes of hers.

Would you be ok if you let me draw a portrait of you? She looked really shocked. I guess she never knew someone would actually be interested in her. But that's not gonna matter, because I'm gonna make it so it feels like it's only the two of us in this universe.

O-Ok. She said really softly to the point where a human can barely hear it, but because I'm half dragon I can here it loud and clear. It made me so happy that I hugged her! I let go of her and saw her blushing fifty shades of red on her face. It was so adorable. Then I realized I can't bring her over to my house. It's a freaking cave!!!

Can we do it at your house?

S-Sure. She said still very quietly, but it was still beautiful and it did sound like an angel's melody just as I thought before.

Great! I said really excitedly.

TIME SKIP

The bell rang and we both had lunch.

Let's walk to lunch together. I said. I stood up getting ready to leave when Lucy pulled on my sleeve. Not the pull that forced me to sit down, but the one to get my attention.

What's wrong? I asked.

It took her a moment to say something, but even when she spoke it was still soft.

W-Why are you being nice to me? She asked nervously.

Because I like you. I said with a huge grin on my face. She was surprised I said that and she started blushing again.

Let's go to lunch now.
