Rouge P.O.V
I watch Shadow disappear into the vents. Quickly, I reattach the vent door and fly down. I land perfectly and stare back to the vent. I hear footsteps approaching the door, a lot of them. Quickly, I begin to injure myself. Slapping, hitting, you name it, I was doing it. Anything to try and make it look like I was attacked.
Shadow P.O.V
I finally reached the outside. One of Eggman's robots were already waiting for me. I slammed the orb in the robots hands.
"Tell that bloated bean bag that I'm done. I've done everything he's asked of me." I snapped at the robot.
"Alright Shadow, a promise is a promise." I heard the Doctor's voice come from the robot.
Without another word, I ran back into the building, this time, through the front doors.
