Hello my lovely readers,
Here is the chapter I believe you have all been waiting for. I took my time with this one and I hope it gets great feedback! I love writing about Claire and Trey. I am excited to write about how everything unfolds for them and wheither or not they will get a happy ending.
I have recently posted a second story that I will be writing about inbetween writing chapters for this one. I am not putting this one on hold nor am I going to abandon it. As i have previously said in a note for my second book, Trey and Claire are a part of me just as much as my other characters are. So, I will be continuing to write about them every chance I get.
Don't forget to read, comment, vote, & fan :)
Enjoy my beauts <3

My mouth went insanely dry. Seraphs? Protector? Just exactly what kind of drugs was this kid on?
"You have gone mad! You are insane. You killed a man and now you're going all wacko on me saying that I need to be protected of some shit? Wow, don't I know how to find um!" I chuckled a little to calm the fact that I was scared completely shitless.
"I'm not crazy, I'm not on drugs. You need to hear me out before you start to lose your temper at me because it's not a laughing matter. It's completely serious and if you don't believe me than you can leave and never speak to me again. That guy back there was a Seraph. He is an angel at the God's right command and will do anything they are told to do. They were sent to make sure that you are kept in line and don't try to overrule their judgement once again. To keep the prophecy they made for you to come true."
"Are you gone mad? What damn prophecy are you talking about anyways? What am I saying; you can make a left turn here..."
"Why?"
"So we can both check ourselves in to the Waterford! I think crazy is contiguous and I need to make sure that I'll be fine for the rest of my damn life! No one wants to marry a damn nut case!" My face turned into a hard look. I was above serious now. I needed to get out of this car and I needed to walk away before I became his next victim. Just like the dead man in my kitchen. My parents are just going to love the sight of that once they get home. I could feel the fear creep up in my bones at the thought of him pulling that very same knife on me.
"You are not crazy and neither am I! Why are you so stubborn and strong headed this time around?"
"This time around; what are you going on with?"
"I am your Protector. My job is to protect you from making the same bonehead mistakes you have made in your past lives which caused you to not live the life that the God's had planned for you. And you are making it bloody difficult to stand at the distance that is supposed to be between us."
"What exactly do they have planned for me? I don't understand! I control my life not some higher God that makes it for me. " I was confused on so many levels. How can my world change so drastically in the matter of a week?
"Myles Montgomery," were his words. It came out of his mouth as cold as ice. His eyes were kept on the road at all times. Not even so much as a glance towards me. He was now expressionless.
"Myles? What about Myles?" I said softly afraid to hear the answer to my question. I made sure I had braced myself for the worst. I couldn't look away from him then. I kept waiting for his reply. He finally looked away from the road and briefly at me.
"Myles is your chosen soul mate and neither you nor Myles are supposed to know until you get married and start a life together. He was chosen for you and you keep screwing it up every chance you seem to get so, you never meet one another after today and you never fall in love with one another."
