Chapter 7

Melissa's POV:

We were sitting on the couch, we've been there for a good hour. We were cuddling and holding hands. I pulled out my phone because someone texted me.

Melissa! Stefan told me he loves me!?!? :D

Stefan! <3

Wht!?!

I guess Damon was looking over my shoulder reading it. He was sitting there in deep thought.

"Damon?"

"Hmm?"

"What's wrong?"

"Just thinking about how much I love you." He smiled with a beautiful smile that made me melt.

"Y-yo-you love me?"

"Yes, I do."

"I'm happy that you finally told me, but why me?"

"You're special to me. I have a gift of knowing feelings."

"That's so cool!" I said smiling.

Damon's POV:

Yeah, of course Stefan would break and tell Justine that he loved her. I guess I'll text him and ask about it.

Stefan? Rlly? Did u rlly tell her u luv her?

Yea, i did. u got a prob?

I groaned, but I did tell Melissa I loved her to.

"Melissa?"

"Yes?"

"Is there anything you want to do?"

"Uhm, Can we go to the zoo!?" I laughed it was funny to see her little kid coming out. I think I really am going to take her to the zoo now. So, I grabbed her hand and pulled her out of the house and out to the car. She got in and I slid across the hood. I love doing that. It makes me feel cool.

"What was that about?"

"It makes me feel cool."

"Baby, you are already cool." She smiled a cute smile and I took off. I have a need for speed and I rather not drive for an hour. We got there in under a minute and she was confused.

"How did we get he so fast?"

"I have a need for speed, and I was going about 250."

"Woah, Nice!" Wow, any other girl would run out of my car screaming I knew this one is the one for me. We parked and got out. I wrapped my arm around her waist and held her close. There were girls there that were trying to get my attention, but they weren't as pretty as Melissa was. We walked around the zoo and took pictures. I think this was the best day of my existence.

Stefan's POV:

We were leaving the zoo when I told her I loved her. She said she had to text Melissa.

Melissa! Stefan told me he loves me!?!? :D

She just closed her phone and looked at me. She was smiling ear to ear. I loved it when she was happy. I just wanted to be home with her in my arms all the time. I just needed to tell her my real secret. I held my hand out for her to hold. She took it and I lightly squeezed it.

"Justine, do you want to stay at my house tonight?" She looked at my like I was only doing this to get something, but I won't I promise.

"Yeah." Once she asked my my phone vibrated.

He stopped texting me, and I was happy because I was able to spend alone time with Justine.

"So, back to my house?" She just nodded in response.

"If you don't want-" She cut me off.

"I do, I'm scared that you are just trying to get something out of me."

"No, Never!"

"Okay, I believe you."

"I love you."
