The people of Phantom City saw a yellow blur on the streets. It blew windows open and sent papers flying out of people's hands. It sped through the streets, as if it were trying to find someone. No that long after, it sped into a restaurant and went into the kitchen. It went to one chef and stopped in front of him. "Where's the money?" "I-I don't have it. But you'll get it. I swear." "It's been over three weeks. That's more than enough time." The man replied. He was wearing a cowboy outfit. He had a gun, spurs and a hat. He even had a mask. "You know what happens when you don't pay me in time, don't you Rico?" The man ran to him and slammed him into the wall in a blink of an eye. "I'm gonna ask you one more time. Where's the money!" "Here," Rico said. He put his hand in his pocket and withdrew a gun. He shot at the man he was too fast. He dodged the bullet and withdrew his gun and shot in a flash. He shot Rico in the stomach. The cook's apron immediately began to turn red. The man found rolls of money on Rico's wallet. "So I didn't have to kill you," he muttered. "Get back to work!" He shouted to the other employees. He walked out of the kitchen and into the restaurant. As he reached the door and man asked, "Who are you?" "I'm the Speed Demon."
