My sister is gone. She was the last part of my family I still had and now she is gone. This kid I just met is crazy! Sneaking out in the night to look? I love Anna, but if we go at night we will never survive. But, I will do anything to find her so I am going no matter how dangerous. It is dark now and the police were still searching, still no sight of her. How could she just disappear? I really don't want to go. All of a sudden I hear a message over the speakers.
"ALL OF THE POLICE HAVE GONE MISSING! STAY INSIDE! NO MATTER WHAT!"
That's just "great". The only search group we had is not missing. No trace or clues on where they went. Now I am definitely not going out. Maybe I will just sleep to get my mind off of all of this. Before I can fall asleep John shakes me fully awake.
"Jace! Wake up!", said John in a whisper so that only Jace could hear.
"Wh-what"
"Are you ready"
"I am not going out there!"
"Do you want your sister back or not?"
"I do, but........ok I will go"
"Great because you were coming either way"
After that the two boys got dressed and quietly opened the door and went outside. When about ten feet away from the camp John saw a light whoosh passed him.
"Oh my gosh! Jace did you see-"
And with that Jace disappeared into thin air.
