I woke to the sun shining in my face. The birds are chirping, the dogs are barking, everything was good, or so it seemed. Usually my friend comes and wakes me up but he didn't. Something felt off today, but I don't know what. I walked into his room. There was nobody there. Maybe he was down stairs, I wandered slowly down stairs and to my surprise he wasn't there either. His car was still here and so were his shoes, so where did he go.
