"Muum! I'm going to the beach!" I shouted to mum, who was upstairs waking my sister, Amelia, up. "Ok hunny! I'll see you later!" She shouted back. "Bye!" I said while grabbing a piece of toast and walking out the house. I love the beach. The calming sound of the waves, the beautiful coral reef, the big smiles on everyone's faces.. There is no place that can compare to coral beach, I come here all the time. The best part is I don't have to walk far to get there, because I live on a little hill not that far away from the beach. As I walked down the stone path from our house, that leads to the beach, I heard Amelia running down the hill behind me. "Coral!" Breath, "Wait for" breath,"Wait for me!" She said as she caught up with me. "Breathless?" I joked whilst slowing down. "You would be too if you just ran all the way down there" she said, with her hands on her knees, still trying to catch her breath. Amelia was quite short, and has long blond locks, all the boys on the island had a huge crush on her. You could say she's got the looks and I have the brains. I get straight A's in every subject, and she gets B's and C's, but she is the one who gets all the attention. There are only two things we have in common, we have the same family, and we both love being in the water.
