I sat on one of the couches reading and listening to 'Time of Our Lives' on my phone with my headphones in. Everyone at the tower was trying to unwind in someway and my way was reading and music.
Suddenly I get a call from Tony
~Call~
Me- What?
T- I need to see you
Me- I'm busy
T- with what?
Me- Trying to relax after the recent mission
T- So?
Me- for the love of God and your stupid suits leave me alone!
T-......
Me- bye
~end of call~
I shake my head, restarting the song. I close my eyes listening to how the song reminded me of Tony.
Unbeknownst to me, Tony was leaning over the back of the couch I was on.
I fell asleep, listening to that song on repeat.
"Leave the poor girl alone," Bucky whispers
"Keep your mouth shut about the you know what Barnes," Tony whisper hisses.
I open my eyes and I smack Tony
"What the HELL," I shout.
Everyone within earshot jumps up and wakes up.
I glare at Tony.
He puts his hands up in surrender.
Then I notice the decorations.
Red and gold streamers, white balloons.
That's when I notice Tony's is wearing his jeans and an acdc shirt, but Pitbull was playing in the background.
"Tone," I ask
"Happy 3rd anniversary, Angel," Tony says.
I blink.
Tony frowns.
I jump up and hug him.
Tony smiles.
"I seriously forgot," I say.
"I didn't," Tony says
"Only because of me," my older brother Derek shouts.
I shake my head, smiling.
God, I love Stark.
