—Ultimate Leader Caleb Magtibay's POV—

We just stood there, dumbfounded... Not knowing what to do...

"S-so... M-Monokuma..." I started. He replied with a questioning hum. "Wh-what will happen if we don't kill each other?"

"Do I reeeaally have to tell ya twice?" he groaned. "I said, 'You'll be stuck here forever'! Get it? For-ever!"

"What about the police? Our parents? They'll find us, ja?" Ms. Kater asked, fear in her eyes.

"Oh! No, no! You don't have to worry about them!" he casually said. "They'll never find you! 'Cuz I'll kill them myself if they dare stand in my way! Upupupupu!" His voice suddenly turned dark at the last sentence.

"You can't keep us here forever!" Mr. Driftwood exclaimed angrily, hands balled to fists. But Monokuma ignored him and waddle away, waving at us.

"Blah, blah! You all talk too much! Just start killing each other!" was the last words he shouted before completely disappearing out of nowhere. How did he do that...?

"So... What now?" Ms. Picasso asked. She looked at everybody, expecting an answer, which end up none.

"I say, we go ahead and investigate this place," I suggested, breaking the deafening silence that filled the room.

"Yeah, maybe we can find something to help us escape," Ms. Kuroda agreed.

"Oh, yeah!" Monokuma chirped, appearing out of nowhere again. "I forgot to tell ya'll. Each of you have their own rooms! Their location can be seen at the e-Handbook!"

"E-Handbook?" Mr. Ragasaki questioned, raising a brow.

"Yep! Check out your pockets!" Monokuma replied.

I reached for my pocket and felt something inside of it. I fished it out and saw a small tablet screen. It definitely says 'e-Handbook' here...

"You can find there the rules and regulations of this school," Monokuma stated. "Also, the map of the whole school and... the information of your classmates!"

Everyone had reached for their pockets and are now holding the digital handbook. Though... One of them seems to be having trouble operating this thing. I walked to her to see what's wrong.

"Hey," I greeted. "Ms. Li, is it?" I asked. "Is there a problem? You seem to be having trouble over there..."

"Well..." she started. "I'm blind... So I can't really see what's in here..." She scratched her head, probably in embarrassment. But, wait...

"You're blind...?!" I exclaimed. She nodded, "Uh-huh. Why?"

"I-I thought you can see..." I replied. "Then, how did you get here?"

"Well..." she started. "They call me the Ultimate Perceiver for a reason. I heightened my remaining senses to aid me in my daily life."

"That's... Awesome," I commented. "Here, let me help you with that," I offered, taking the handbook from her.

I read out loud for her to here me. "Rule #1: You all must lock your rooms every night when you are sleeping. Rule #2: Try to keep your room clean everyday. Rule #3: Don't hurt or even try to hurt Monokuma. There will be consequences."
