Chapter 1.

"Amber, your are now officially expelled from Stuyvesant High School."

Those were the last words until I walked out if the school dean's office...

I'm standing in front of my new home here on a sunny Saturday afternoon. The wind is moving a little bit but not to much. Im not use to this type of weather. New York was cold sometimes. But here in Miami it's sunny barely any clouds are out.

It's nice..

I walk into the 2-story house and go up the stairs to the door at the end Of the hall. I open the door and set down my last box. The room is white. Just plain white. It's annoying to me, I mean it's so dull.. good thing this isn't my room.

I walk out the dull room and to the room next door. I open it and I see paper set down on the floor and the walls are white.. that's gonna change.

I walk further into my room and see paint buckets sitting on the paper.

"Mom!" I yell

"What?" I hear her come up the stairs.

"Why is there paint in here?"

She walks into my room and stands next to me.

"Oh well. I know that you never have a room the way you want it so you can do whatever you want to this room. except, smash windows, walls, doors or write cuss words. I figured you could paint your walls. I bought all neon colors cause I see you wear neon ALOT so I figured paint your feelings." She says

"Oh, well thanks mom!" I give her a hug and I kiss her cheek.

She walks out my room and I go Into my bathroom that also looks dull. Wow this is gonna take ALOT of paint.

I change into some sweats and a worn out t-shirt.

I walk out of the bathroom and towards the paint brushes. I have 5.. Okay. 1st brush in neon red paint, 2nd in the bright yellow, 3rd in neon green, 4th in neon blue, and the 5th in neon pink.

I grab all the brushes and flick the paint onto the walls. Splattered paint... Yeah I'm cool like that.

-2 hours later-

I'm finally done with my walls in my room. It turned out better than I planned it. I head into my bathroom with the green and blue paint and a large brush I haven't used yet.

I dip the brush in the green and start painting the door.

---------

"Thanks mom." I say as she sets down my plate full of Mac n' cheese with mash potatoes and steak.

"Your welcome" she gives me a side smile

It was quiet the first few minuets. It wasn't awkward It was comfortable.

"So you start school on Monday are you excited?" She looks up at me

"Kinda.. not so much meeting new people or the stupid teachers but kinda."

"Amber, we can't keep moving around. You need to keep control of your anger issues."

The freak? Anger issues?!

"Are you serious? It's not my fault the teacher basically embarrassed me in front of the whole class! I just threw a chair out the window! I didn't know it would get me expelled!" I raised my voice

"Amber! This is what in talking about! I was just telling you to control your anger! You need to quit talking back to me! I never raised you like this. You are so much better than that."

"Whatever.. I'm going to bed." I got up and grabbed my plate and made my way to the kitchen to put my plate in the sink.

I walked up to the end of the hall and opened to the guest room. My room and bathroom is still wet from the pair but tomorrow it will be dry. I grabbed some pjs and went into the hall bathroom to change.

I got out the bathroom and made my way back to my room but I heard my mom on the phone.

"Yes ma'am she does have a temper but ill make sure she won't be trouble... yes.. okay... yes I will! You too Ms. Arnold. Goodnight"

Who was that? Oh well. I made my way to the guest room and laid down on my bed. I grabbed my phone and headphones and put on my music.

I fell asleep with the voice of Justin .. Bieber oops..
