As a man stay crouched on the plank that balanced out the doorway sized balcony, with nothing to keep him up but the sandbag that rested on the opposite end of the board. He stared out into the depths of the pink blurred sky, with a certain dullness to his eyes. His long hair swayed undone in the soft breeze that blow against his cheeks.

Closing his eyes he sighed, reaching back and pulling  strands of black and white hair out of his mouth and tying them back in a simple tight pony tail. "what I am doing.." The man muttered as she stood smoothly up, walking back along the plank and into the face of the clock where the balcony lay, before he disappeared into the darkened shadow of the doorway.

His sleek tail curled around his leg as his gray fur ruffled in the howl of the wind that blew through his home inside the clock tower's head. "Still need to fix that" he remarked grumpily as the wind blew into his long coat, making it whip and open like a sail. The man stepped closer to the door and reached for the knob before it started to turn, blood rushed to the man's ears and they went back as he hissed protectively for his home, stepping back with his claws drawn and his eyes narrowed only to have them softened by the warm touch of a cat's hand against his "Zodiac you idiot I could have torn you to shreds" he scolded softly as the beautiful feline entered the room.

"you should have smelt me with your dog nose" she smirked, her voice smoother than the one she had as a child. Her dark purple bangs selling her right out from his sight.

"oh shut up" he growled, yanking his hand away from hers as he practically stormed off away from her into what they called a kitchen. "Don't do that again" he scolded form the other room.

"yeah yeah!" she growled back with a huff,  falling back onto the couch with a glare of her own faced to the wall but directed to the jerk she roomed with sense 13. "Logan I have no idea why I choose to stay with you!"

"Well maybe you should just leave then!" he yelled stomping back into the room and standing right in front of her. She stood up so they were face to face.

"Maybe I will!" Zodiac screamed, before rushing to the door, only to open it to see Logan's little sister, Levi.

"must I babysit you two or can you kids play nice for once" she scolded calmly as she walked into the room, pushing Zodiac back without even touching her. Oni and Tni, the two mammal like snakes that grew through the back of her head hissing beside her at the two in annoyance.

Zodiac backed up into Logan, pushing him to sit on the couch as she fell into his lap. Making the young wolf grunt with a growl at the cat on his lap, Oni and Tni hissed at him to shut him up.

"Dammit you two grow up" she growled rubbing her head as she sighed angrily, glaring at the two in mind consuming frustration.

"oh whatever" grumbled Logan as she pushed Zodiac off of him and got up to his feet, brushing himself off he growled quietly to himself. "Did you even do what you set out to do in the first place Levi?"

His sister's ears perked with a certain uncertainty, "u-uh..... um... no" she said wincing as she looked at her brother. Who's arms were crosses and eyes narrowed "and you call me the baby, little sister" he taunted.

"W-well I would have if there was any jobs to even get out there" she pouted, crossing her arms. "you should have seen it, the board was bairn."

Logan gave a small nod of acknowledgment as his mind drifted off into thought, "hm... well thanks anyway Levi.." he said as turned to the door and fixed his gloves. Walking out into the darkened hall and down the passage way of stairs with heavy steps, into the world full of people that hated them. Leaving Zodiac and Levi to stare at the door in annoyance at his rude out bursts habit.
