Elisha seemed off the entire night, then again I don't know her that well.
But based on how she acted the first time we met and how she texted me the person introducing me to "Silent Disco" wasn't the same girl. She was engaging when it came to conversation and intriguing where personality came into play. The person tonight seemed closed off and straight to the point, not to mention when she lost me in the crowd I noticed she never looked back for me. I took that as her subconscious denying my company. I figured it to be either her mind was somewhere else or she doesn't like me the way I thought she did.
The rest of the night I danced flipping from station to station looking at how groups of people were really getting into the scene dance to two totally different things at the same time.
I found all my bros were really enjoying theirselves and sweating their butts off. I switched from the hype station to see what was on the other when I heard slow jams and noticed a few people coupling up and dancing. As I scanned the run I found Elisha. She was with the short haired twin guy. I felt kinda disappointed that she wasn't looking to dance with me. And even more shut down when I saw that she was having a great time being his dance partner. I was going to let it go when I hear another slow track follow the first. I thought it my opportunity to go and dance with her.
As I managed to maneuver through the crowd trying to keep Elisha in view I saw something I didn't want to. Or at least it seemed like it was something. I thought Elisha and the twin were about to kiss but they hadn't. That shock froze me in my tracks for a moment but I was still determined to go ask her to dance. As I got closer a conga line decided to interrupt my mission. I was a long line, I didn't even this many people were actually here, there must be a big lounge upstairs or something.
By the time it ended Elisha wasn't anywhere in sight, but the twin was.
"Hey where's Elisha?"
"She went to the restroom, I think," he said unsure.
"Aight, cool," I reply heading in the direction I thought the restrooms were.

Bobbing through the crowd I was trying to hastily get the Lacey. Thank God for slow songs, as I was dancing with Jason I managed to feel my phone vibrate, Lacey had messaged me to meet her in the lavatories ASAP. As fast as I could I got to the door, not know how light it was I pushed it a little too hard and it hit the wall with a loud bang. There were few shocked squeals and a lot if jumpy reactions as I somewhat feeling into the room. Everyone was looking at me, I apologized embarrassed and looked to find Lacey, while laughing off the little incident. I found her in a heart beat.
"What's going," I asked urgently.
Relieved by her smile I calmed a little.
"So there's this guy out there that I was dancing around and started talking to me. He's with his crew and they said they're about to go someone's after party. He invited me to come with but I don't wanna go alone."
I looked at her skeptically she continued talking because she knew what I was was about to say.
"The guy seems real cool and his guys seem legit. They said invite anyone I wanted so..." So drifted off hoping to get a response from me.
"Alright I'm coming only for a little while though, I didn't get enough sleep last night and I woke up early today. Come on let's go get everyone." I say half dragging her excited butt out to find our crew.
She found the light skin B5 boys easily while I grabbed my B5 dance girls chilling in a booth. Lastly we found Leo and Jason separately. As we walked out with the crew I told my bro bye and to let me know when the Silent Disco was over. The after party was just up the street. Apparently every venue down the block was popping' after a Jay-Z and Kanye concert at the Phillips Arena a block and a half away. Everyone was eager to get there the wasn't long at all in fact I continued to interrogate the guys that had invited us. I wanted to know how they were in the know, how they found out about it, how we were going to get in and why they weren't there instead of being at the Silent Disco.
The story I got was that they knew my brother and one of the DJs and they supported his style. One of the guys, Tyson I believe his name is, said that my brother has been trying to get them at a Disco for over a year and he's reply has always been have one in Atlanta and he'll be there.
I laughed so hard, because that truly sounded like my brother, always promoting and Tyson definitely gave him a challenge.
Aaron, the guy that invite Lacey has his arm around her and they seemed to be enjoying each others company. So far he seemed cool but I was going to wait until we got to this party before I finalized my feelings toward his first impression.
On our walk Kelly attempted to get my attention, I'll admit, but I didn't want to get any closer with him until I could control my feelings and tell him that we should behave ourselves and stick to the contract. The others were so obviously not regarding our contract as we walked Samantha was poor playing hard to get with Dustin while Bridget was practically hanging all over Carnell, he was enjoying it, and I could totally tell, even though they're were trying to be discrete about it, Latasha and Patrick were texting each other.
Hm, maybe if they're falling hard for the guys I should be allowed to as well, I thought. I smiled at Kelly as he rolled his eyes noticing Patrick and Latasha's antics. When he glanced up to me he smiled back. He quickened his pace and caught up with the front of the group which is where I was.
"I'm sorry if I seem weird tonight," I say once he's by my side.
"I dk whatcha talkin' 'bout," he murmured.
I scoffed at his reply then continued. "I invited you to this party and didn't even act like a good hostess."
"It's not your party, I wasn't expecting you to be a host," he spoke so understandingly.
I smiled a little, "the truth is the contract has been in my mind since the last time I texted you," I sighed finally exposing that little truth. "I mean we can't be getting too close if I'm going to be your background dancer. But seeing them," I say gesturing towards the other B5 members and the girls next to them, "I feel that this little cheat is ok for a little while. I'm kinda scared of what will happen when we start tour and instead of telling this whole weekend I decided to avoid it along with kinda avoiding you. So, sorry." It wasn't easy voicing the thoughts I had held in but once I did I felt better. When he slipped his hand in mine and we walked the rest of the way to the club together I felt even better.
