falling for the wrong guy// dolan twins

Chapter 5

   I saw Emma and Grayson hugging, I was kind of surprised because I didn't even know they were friends. I kind of brushed it off and walked over to Gray. 

"Hey babe," I said kissing his cheek.

"Heyy cutie, you look amazing today!!" Gray said. 

The bell rang for class,  so Grayson and I walked to class. 

"Students, today you all will be working on your project in class," says the teacher. "Go to your partners and sit by them please." 

I walked over to Ethan and today he wasn't wearing his sunglasses. 

"Oh my goshhhh, your not wearing your sunglasses today" I said laughing. He cracked a smile, his teeth are perfect. "Your eyes are so pretty..." I said kind of blushing. He didn't answer right of way making me blush even more because I thought that It was weird that I would of said that because I'm dating his brother.

"I never really liked my eyes, I thought they weren't really pretty or whatever.." he said looking away. How could he ever think that, his eyes were hazel Grayson's eyes are the same color. We started working on the project.

"So do you want to hangout again today to work on the project?" Ethan says. 

"yeah" I said. I really wanted to hangout with him again.

"Im ditching school in 3rd hour because next class, Ive missed to many days. So I will come and knock on your classroom door and say that the principal wants you and then we can leave." Ethan says, looking at me with a sexy, bad boy smile. I didn't know what to say, honestly I've never really ditched class,but I really wanted to hangout with him.

"Yeah, my class is Mr.Tay" I said looking right at him. He was already looking at me, man his eyes. Then I realized that this was Ethan, I am dating Grayson... I convinced myself that nothing was happening. The day went by slower because I couldn't wait to leave. 

SKIP THE THIRD HOUR

It was about 15 minutes into the class when I finally heard that knock on the door

"Hi Mr.Tay, I need Emily to report to the principal office asap." Ethan said winking at me. 

"Um okay Emily go." Mr.Tay said confused. I jumped up and walked to Ethan. I played it cool like I didn't really care but on the inside I was screaming of excitement. We finally got to the car and it was kinda quiet for a second.

"So Emily, Where do you want to go?"

"Aren't we going somewhere to do the project?" I said confused

"I mean we have all day to work on the project, we can have a little fun for now..." He said giving a evil smile. I honestly didnt know where we were going. Ethan pulled out of the parking lot and turned up the radio. He put the song "stolen dance" on and thats one of my favorite songs. I started singing and I didnt even realize I was until I looked over and saw Ethan laughing at me. I had to play it off cool so I started acting silly and singing even louder.  I turned my head over to look at Ethan and I saw he started signing too. He was singing so quietly though.

"Ethan sing louder, so I don't seem like I'm having fun all by myself!" I said realizing that made no sense, but I didn't even care. He started singing loud and dancing a little, Ive never seen this side of Ethan. The goofy, funny side. Whenever I see him he acts like he dosent care about anything. We pulled up to this burger place called "Shake Shack." We got out and walked up to the counter to order some food. I got a plain cheese burger with a coffee milkshake and Ethan got a burger with a coke. We sat down at a booth, and it was awkward at first. 

"Ethan, I don't know much about you so tell me some stuff." I said just trying to make conversation. 

"I mean I have the same family story as Gray so I guess you already know that." Ethan said looking down. When Grayson and Ethan were 5, their dad left them. They didn't really know him that well, but Grayson always said that Ethan was closer to his dad. After he said that, neither of us really talked untill our food came.

"So the other day you were upset..." I said trying to make him tell me why. 

"Lets go." He said getting up, leaving his trash. I got up too and followed him. We both jumped into the car and he drove somewhere. We ended up by this red bridge, it was beautiful. He got out of the car and grabbed my hand. I followed him to this spot, where there was this big rock where you could sit and see the whole intercostal. He went and sat on the rock, so I followed. I sat right next to him just taking in this amazing view. Honestly my favorite view was him.... 

"This is the spot I go when Im upset and need to think," He said looking around. I could feel him looking at me.. "This place is my comfort I may seem like I don't care about anything, but I do. I care about alot." He said putting his hand on my knee. 

"The other day, Why were you so upset?" I said trying to sound confused. 

"I realized that I'm falling for this girl that I can never have." He said looking right into my eyes. I was speechless. Was he talking about me? Should I act like he isn't?

"Why can't you have her?" I said, not knowing what else to say.

"I just don't think she likes me like that..." He said looking down at his phone. 

"Wait who are you talking about?" I honestly didn't want him to answer that because If he said my name, I absolutely will fall for him.. but if he dosent, I will be crushed because I think I'm falling for a guy that I could never have.

"Becky." He said looking up from his phone and at me. I felt my heart sink down into my stomach and I had no clue what to say. I just looked at him. "Well, Its getting late we should head back and work on the project." Ethan said getting up and walking away. I just sat there for a second and looked around.
