6 ▪ Jealous

"She's mine." Taehyung positioned himself in between Jimin and Hyenee.

       Everyone in the area had thair jaws dropping. "Wow," SeokJin sarcastically clapped, "what an eye-opener."

       Jimin then looked at Taehyung in a more serious manner, his brows creasing, "You are kidding, aren't you?"

       "Maybe I am," he then shrugged, "maybe I'm not." He glanced at Hyenee, winking at her. Hyenee felt a weird feeling from her stomach area, and she wasn't sure what it was.

       I don't have the urge to puke, do I? She then thought, oh how stupid of me. No way. It's . . . different.

       "Yeah . . ." Jimin tried to avoid the topic all of the sudden, turning towards Hyenee, "I was worried about you . . . you two, I mean."

      "Why are you guys worried? Taeh 一 I mean V and I just spent time together and catched up. And V . . . it's nice to have you back." Hyenee smiled at Taehyung.

       "It's nice to have us back, boogerface." He then teased, earning a pout from Hyenee.

       Jimin seemed to feel awkward once again, but still, he continued to smile, "Are you guys hungry? I cooked the food this time and 一 "

        "We already ate," Taehyung then said, "we're really sorry. We promise to eat with you guys next time. Your cooking again, alright?"

        Jimin simply smiled once again, "Y-Yeah . . . sure." He then nodded.

Three months later . . .

      Months passed. Taehyung and Hyenee became closer. Hyenee knew for a fact that she had special feelings towards the male. She badly wanted to deny it, but she just couldn't lie to herself.

       Taehyung adored Hyenee even more 一 he found several reasons more to love her. And day by day, cheesy as it sounds, he learns to love her over and over again.

       But the two, they just wouldn't confess to each other, they thought that the feeling wasn't mutual since they were best friends, and nothing more. Hyenee tried her best to avoid Jimin, yes she liked him, but as a bias.

       Unlike how she really feels for Taehyung.

        Taehyung was a jealous guy, everytime Jimin would try to catch up with Hyenee, he'd throw a fit. But still, he couldn't resist Hyenee everytime she'd try to soothe him.

       Naeja and Namjoon, the two leaders in their respective groups, announced that in their collaborative concert, BTS will perform first, then, 5EVO. Next up, the partners that will perform.

       Each one will pick a partner from the folded papers the management prepared. Individually, they have two performances. So they will prepare two songs. It can be their own or it can also be a cover.

       "So," Bang PDnim started, "I have a clear container over here filled with papers with each of your names on it, of course, the first one to pick is the one and only leader of Bangtan Sonyeondan," he smiled, Namjoon then smiled and stood up, "Taehyung!" He cheered.

         Namjoom then scratched his nape in a embarassed manner. Everyone laughed at Taehyung's reaction. He stood up, patting Namjoom's shoulder, stretched his arms and smiled widely and proudly, "Ah, for the years I've been the leader of BTS. I know that I have guided everyone well 一 in which I have taught them proper English and good manners. I am overwhelmed to be the leader of a great group!"
