Captain America's POV
I walked back into the meeting room to see Tony and General Ross talking to each other. "Bout time boy scout! We needa have a talk." Tony said, and I sat down confused. "Mr. Stark, Captain, we are living in a world where we now don't know who is a hero and a villain. Mainly because of the mask they wear on their faces. A hero could easily betray us and we never know who to blame it on because this hero has a secret identity. Well, I say we do away with that with this." he said and put bunches of paper in front us that had the title The Superhuman Registration Act. "What is this?" I asked and started going through the papers "This act allows us to get the identity of every single superhero has to comply and give the United States Government and S.H.E.I.L.D their secret identity. All I need is your signatures." Ross explained, what the heck!? "This isn't right." I started and threw the papers back on the table "You can't force heroes to give up their identity! What if they're trying to protect their love ones?" I asked in rage that he even made up this unfair contract "If they are true heroes, they can protect their loved ones with their identity out in the open." Ross said, and I gave him a intense stare of disgust. "I can't believe I'm saying this, but he's right." Tony stated, and I looked at him surprised "We need to be put in check Cap. We need to know who we are fighting with just in case we get double cross or something." he explained, but I didn't want to hear it. "I'm sorry, but I won't be apart of this." I said and walked out the door. Forcing someone to give up their identity when all they're trying to do is help the world is just plain stupid, and I won't agree with this in any way, shape, or form.

Ironman's POV
Well, there goes the captain. Running off when we really need him. Although, I get where he's coming from. This does seem terrible, but on the other hand this may save many lives. We won't have to see a bunch of kids die with no one to take the blame. "So, you need me and Cap's signature to put it in motion right?" I asked him "Yes sir." he answered and I took out my wallet and took out a five hundred thousand dollars cash "Is Cap's signature worth half a million?" I asked, and he saw where I am getting st "I believe so." he said and took the money and I said "Then, let the act commence." Steve won't like it, but I'm doing this for everyone scared out there. He'll understand, probably.
