Captain America's POV
"You have any leads on this Nitro guy?" I asked Bucky while preparing breakfast "All I know is when the smoke cleared I saw him run off.he could be anywhere by now." Bucky sighed and I brought him his breakfast and patted his back "We'll find him Buck." I said, trying to calm down. He nodded, and we started watching the news to see if anything comes up on him. However, something worse came up.

"Breaking News! Congress, with the help of S.H.E.I.L.D, has passed an act stating all superheroes should turn over their secret identity to the United States and S.H.E.I.L D immediately!" the news reporter said and showed a picture of Tony shaking the president's hand. Son of a bitcb! He went behind my back and passed that act! Why!? How could he!? "What does this mean?" Bucky asked "Nothing. I'm going to handle this. Stay here." I exclaimed and stormed out the house.

I made it to Stark Tower and went up the the highest floor, where Tony is on his chairing in his office. "What did you do!?" I asked aggressively "Nice to see you too Steve." he said, always making a joke out everything. "You went behind my back and activated that damn act! What were you thinking!?" I asked while getting closer and angrier "I was thinking about countless lives we'll be saving." he justified "All you're doing is taking away superheroes rights!" I counter argued "When the hell are you going to stop being a boy scout!? It's time hereoes stop hiding in the shadow and actually work with the people they are trying to protect Steve! Enough secrets! And whoever isn't with this, with us, is our enemy!" Tony explained in rage and I just stated "Then consider me your enemy. I quit." and started walking away. "Rethink that statement, Captain." he said and two armed soldier blocked the door and aimed their guns at me. "So, this is how it's gonna go down Tony?" I asked "I'm afraid so." he said, and I sighed. I grabbed the shield off my back quickly and threw it at the two guards and turned around and start running towards the window. I jumped out the window and used my shield to break my fall on a car. I then heard a motorcycle engine, and looked up to see Bucky on my motorcycle next to me "Get on!" he shouted, and I quickly got on and he road off.
