First Day

Miya POV

"Miya can you come down here?" My brother Anakin yells.

"Why?" I say.

"Because I set the kitchen on fire again." He says.

"Come on Anakin it's the first day of school and your already driving me nuts." I say.

Sometimes being the little sister is annoying.

But, Anakin driving me nuts makes me annoyed the whole day.

"Hurry up Miya.

Oh my god!

It's spreading!" He yells.

"Coming." I say.

"I'm here. OH MY GOSH!

Anakin you blasting idiot Hurry up and get water!" I say.

Skip.

"Okay fire is out.

Anakin stop trying to make breakfast.

Your not ever going to be good enough.

Lets just stick with me being the cook." I say.

I walk back upstairs to get dressed.

Should I wear a red dress.

Or shorts with a YouTube t shirt.

Hm. "Anakin Shorts or a dress?" I say.

"Uh shorts." He responds.

Dress it is then.

I put my necklace away that I'm wearing and go to my closet.

I look through my clothes hanging there.

Ah there it is my red dress.

Hm I'm going to wear the necklace with a Darth maul face on the bottom.

"Anakin come here." I say.

He walks in.

"Here can you tie my necklace?" I ask.

"Okay." He replies.

"So are you excited?" He asks.

"Not at all you know me Anakin every first day of school I've ever had always ends up the same.

First you burn the kitchen.

Then I wear this dress.

You tie my necklace.

We go to school.

I meet a friend.

I end up crying.

We walk to the bus.

We ride it.

Then when we get home you lock me outside for 36 minutes." I say.

"That is all true but today will be different." He says.

"Oh really come on let's hurry up and go." I say.

We walk downstairs and run out the door.

"Did I forget to mention we always forget the bus?" I ask.

"Yes." He says.

"Go go go!" I say.

When we get there I see the principal looks familiar.

"Anakin look it is Master Yoda." I say.

"Your right." He says.

Since we are late we hurry to our first class art.
