In this verse I feel like God is telling us
"Stop worrying about everything! Can't you see that I am bringing you through this mess so you may become happier? Can't you see that I am starting a new season in your life to bring you closer to me and to make you stronger? I've taken you through the desert and wasteland before and you came out a better person. I am taking you through this in order to bring you higher than you have ever been."
God knows what we need and what we want. He's not going to take us through a dry wasteland and let us just go thirsty; He's going to provide us with what we need. We just need to be patient and obey Him. Have faith that He will get you through tough times.
