Prologue

The wind trickled softly in a warm chinook through the small thicket woods.
The silver wind chimes whistled a peaceful soft sound that told him the breeze was enough to shake them.
B-Joo's eyes flickered in the light worriedly at his surroundings, back against the outside wall as he sat on the porch, staring absently into the distance.
He felt like he couldn't even be safe in his own isolated home, which was far from any major city, or any city for that matter.
B-Joo felt as if he were being watched hungrily from the shadows, as if something were to pounce at him from the rain in a split second.
Wetness formed in B-Joo's eyes as he began to slowly slide downwards, falling into a crouch as he buried his nose between his legs.
Tears erupted and began to slowly make their way down his face, making the fear ever present to him.
Soft sobbing sounds came from him though it couldn't be fully heard from an outside perspective due to his face now being harshly pressed against his knees which were blanketed in gray sweatpants.
From the other side of the door, leaning against the rail, in a some sort of hazy astral plane, a slightly shorter man with dark brown hair cut rather evenly, a glistening light surrounded him and the cabin around him in a misty form while the exterior seemed to suffer in complete shadow.
"Please..." The invisible figure pleaded.
"Don't cry..."
