Don't let my first words be the last.

Late Night Urges are short forms of sadness I've managed to put in a sentence, they will be short and you're free to use them for inspiration or you can put it in your poem, I won't be bothered  just tell me if you do. Poems with names, however, will be long and I don't want somebody to steal all of it, you can take parts from it if you really want to, alright. Go enjoy the poem now. If you can.

Yeah, it was quite tiring

Seeing my heart firing

It'd be stupid to keep smiling

It wasn't love I was caught in

And I thought it was love

Isn't that Foolish?

I held her above

But she and I, we were useless

Life didn't like us, neither did we

And my life was as empty as it could be

I decayed slowly, not so slowly

I shot myself and her, we weren't dying

Not at an instant, actually

I shot myself with her

and she did it with me

Oh how foolish we were

To think it was love

As innocent as a dove

But as evil as the devil

It wasn't love we were caught in

A battleground we fought in

And she won, with my heart in her hands

She crushed it, making it turn to sand

And to think, I thought it was love

Oh how foolish I was.

It was love.
But she didn't love me.
