Dark Link started to have worse nightmares and they only got more terrible...
Always having Ganondorf telling him that he is a fool and he should not have fallen in love.
Ganondorf told him that tonight... was the last straw...
He was coming for them...
And he was going to kill off Link then sell Darky to Girahim.
Darky decided that he wouldn't endanger his true love so he sneaked out in the dead of night... in a snowstorm....
So Link would not be hurt.
○°♢Link's P.O.V♢°○
I woke up in the middle of the night to find that Darky was missing...
a huge snowstorm was outside and I saw the door open...
I had awoken thanks to the freezing snow.
I quickly got dressed and grabbed my sword and shield as well as some red potion and ran off into the blizzard.
"DARKY!!!"
I called into the darkness and the flying snow.
"DARKY!!!!"
I could hear an angelic voice singing as I followed his footprints...
((Now's a good time to listen to that music ^w^.))
I could hear music escaping the wind as the stars twinkled above me I ran quickly, the moon shined like a glorious, blue spotlight and the spotlight was on Darky..
I ran to that voice... I knew whose it was as the snow twinkled in the moonlight.
My heartbeat was fast and it smashed against my chest... my body begging to run faster.
Wind battling me like the hardest boss in a fight... not allowing me to have victory.
I only ran faster and faster as I followed his voice and tumbled a few times.
"DARKY!!!!" I screamed and then I saw him... so beautiful... so amazing... like a glorious raven of night... the moonlit sky illuminating his features he was so scared... his features said so.
I needed to get closer... I needed to be next to him!
" I have died everyday waiting for you~
Darling don't be afraid, I have loved you for a thousand years...
I'll love you for a thousand more!~"
He sang like an angel
I ran up what felt like a mountain covered in thick snow and a battling blizzard to get to him...
Oh how I loved him...
I knew him very little...
But I feel like I've known him for so much longer...
I love him way too much to let him disappear from me!!
I had to sing back!!!
But I couldn't make out the words and eventually I got to him and he noticed and sang to me, tears glistening as they filled his beautiful red eyes looking like moondrops... they glittered like rubies as he sang.
"I have died everyday waiting for you~ Darling don't be afraid I have loved you for a thousand years and I'll love you for a thousand more!
All along I believed I would find you~ time has brought heart to me I have loved you for a thousand years and I'll love you for a thousand more~♡"
I realised that I was holding him in my arms, my arms around his waist as I told him....
"I love you..."
He responded with....
"I love you...."
The world seemed to stop around us... his beautiful face stained with tears.
He was quiet for a bit and as we held eachother he finally started to keep singing...
He stared into my eyes as he sang.
"I have died everyday waiting for you, darling don't be afraid I have loved you for a thousand years and I'll love you for a thousand more all along I believed I would find you, time has brought heart to me I have loved you for a thousand years and I'll love you for a thousand more~"
He just smiled afterwards, tears streaming down his beautiful face as his body glowed in the moonlight, his ruby red eyes dazzling and he himself looking gorgeous as he stood in his black, long sleeved and oversized top that he used as pajamas...
We finally kissed...
I could not take it any longer and he...
He kissed me back as the moon made the swirling snow around us twinkle, Darky then began to apologize profusely and explained why he ran off...
Damn that Ganondorf and his wicked heart...
I picked up my shivering lover and carried him back, keeping him close as the winter air nipped at us.
When we got home I set him onto the bed and gave him some hot chocolate... I comforted him and told him that he'd be fine... that we would be fine...
And I told myself...
That the next time I see Ganondorf... I'm going to murder him.
I smiled as Darky finished off the last of the cocoa and cuddled me, Falling asleep against me...
My dear Darky... How I adore you.
