Mavis' student

As the sun shines down on the gorgeous town of Magnolia, the only guild stationed there creates quite the ruckus, once again. "What did you say, ash for brains?!" The angry Ice Mage lunges at the raging fire dragon slayer. "Cool it, stripper!" The 18 year old, pink haired Mage attacks the raven haired, a similar age with his own. "Stop fighting!" One of the most powerful and one of a kind mages of Fairytail intervenes the battle, by clashing their heads together with a much stronger force than before. "Sorry ma'am." The two whine, extending the last syllable.

The guild was as it should be, loud and playful. Its members drinking happily as they talked about their latest missions, destroying towns in the process. Exceeds flew around while playing tag and whatnot. All was right in the world, and things were only going to get better.

Suddenly, Master steps out of his office and stands atop the railing, which was meant for the exact reason of not falling. He cleared his throat, beckoning everybody's attention. The guild silenced at once, turning to the third master of their guild. "MY CHILDREN! THE TIME HAS, ONCE AGAIN, COME UPON US TO DECIDE FOR THE S-CLASS TRIALS! PLEASE LISTEN CAREFULLY!" Master's deep voice echoed throughout the giant hall as everyone reined serious to the news. "WILL THE FOLLOWING PARTICIPANTS RISE!" Gramps pulled a new looking scroll and began to read. "ELFMAN STRAUSS!" With that, the white haired, beast take over Mage jumps up. "Hell yeah! I'm gonna be the manliest one!" He punches the air as his younger sister, Lizanna, tried to calm him down. "CANA ALBERNO!" For some reason, she sighed slightly, only taking a sip from her barrel. "LEVY MCGARDEN!" She squeals like crazy after hugging Gajeel, blushing him blush like crazy. "JUVIA LOCKSER!" She immediately jumps on Gray, making him struggle to get out of her grasp. "FREAD JUSTINE!" He smirked. "MEST GRYDER!" His usual serious face is made while the others talk about how his last try was so close. "GRAY FULLBUSTER!" He smirks and crosses his arms, Juvia crying about how she has to fight her 'Gray-sama'. "AMD NATSU DRAGNEEL!" The master finally announces and said Mage punches his fist in the air. "I'm all fired up now!" He cheers as Happy 'Aye's beside him.

With that, master told them to choose a member from the guild to be their partner, but they could not be an S-Class wizard. Natsu chose Happy. Gray chose Loke. For whatever reason, Cana asked Macao. Levy stuttered to ask Gajeel although Jet and Droy teared up that they couldn't be her saviour on the island they would be going to. Evergreen made herself Elfman's partner, saying he wouldn't be able to survive without her. Juvia cried that she couldn't go with Gray, but chose Lizanna, stating she wouldn't try to steal him from her. Freed was upset that he couldn't take Laxus, and Evergreen had already gone with Elfman, so he chose the only other member of the Thunder God tribe, Bickslow. Finally, Mest chose Wendy, saying she would be a good advantage on his part, seeing as she could heal as well as fight a little.

The master sent everyone home so they could prepare for the next day. Everyone one of the participants were a little nervous, they could be S-Class wizards after all. Everyone rested up and packed their bags for their long journey ahead.
