Ripping my heart

After what happened the alpha just let me go saying that we will have to meet tomorrow to complete the training. Even when I walked away I still believed that there is something fishy about it. I thought he was going to murder me or something. I just cut his face and he wants to meet tomorrow?!

I spent the rest of the day going through my daily routine plus trying to understand my duties as a gamma to fit in my new position and of course to protect it from those rouges. They always want to challenge each other to get higher positions in the pack.

Challenging for a position is like to be a head warrior or a beta or even challenging the alpha but in these fights one of the opponents must die or you wouldn't have the respect from other rouges and they won't give you the right to get that position.  

The dark was sinking into the sky starting the night and everyone was in the center of the camp having dinner. The place was packed, chatter was filling the night sky. Benches were all around the camp fire occupied by hungry werewolves. Really the food can disappear in seconds. Werewolves can't stop eating don't even ask how we get all of that food that's a complicated story. Even if rouges were wild bloodthirsty, food can defiantly unit them.

It was one of the regular nights here even when you consider us as monsters we actually have our share of peaceful nights but occasionally it becomes a bloody night.

It was getting a bit chilly so I went nearer to the camp fire.  Adam was standing with some warriors when he saw me and asked "so did you beat his ass?" flipping my hair dramatically I said "of course I did just wait until he appear". At the same moment the alpha approached from his tent bandages wrapping half of his face and blood stains were visible on it.

I gave Adam a look wiggling my eyebrows at him. He literally was shocked he thought I was kidding. While the pack was disbelieving what did they just saw? The alpha getting hurt, you don't see that every day.

The alpha just sat on one of the benches to eat making the people around him scatter like ants hurrying to other places proceeding with their eating.

The whole time I just sat there making bloody scenarios of how I'm going to bite the alphas throat or how I'm going to stab him to death or how good will it feel if I take his heart out of his dead body. You're so savage Eliza said. Wow eliza Like you didn't help in imagining these scenarios. Guilty as charge she said, whatever let's just go.

I stand up trying to tear myself out the midst of this. It's the time for me to meet Rome. He hates waiting so I should be quick. Making my way through the camp I bumped into something hard and fell on the ground "ouch!! Hey watch where you going?!"

Alexander was standing in front of me looking as blank as a paper. It was like if he just saw a ghost "Yo!! Alexander are you deaf or something?!" what the hell is he ignoring me! , when I tried to talk to him again he wasn't even there. That idiot there is defiantly something wrong with his head. This place is made of crazy people like seriously they all need a group therapy.

Shit I'm late Rome is going to kill me. Running to the clearing I went in shouting an apology " god I'm really sorry Rome something came up, but you won't believe what happen today I gave the alpha a hard lesson to not play with me again, I just..." I halt in my place, there wasn't any response, that's weird "Rome!"

It felt different everything here felt cold and gloomy. The warmth was gone; the happy homey vibe was gone. The moon couldn't be seen in the sky, the dark clouds were Invading the sky.  A sudden blowing wind made my body shudder, I embrace my self tightly, there is something wrong.

Even the water was stagnant, it felt empty. "Roman where are you?!" thunder sound could be heard I think its gonna rain "Rome!! We are not training today It's going to rain, let's go back?!" where the hell is he? He's never late like never.

"Elli" I jumped in surprise when his voice came from behind me, I turned around "GOD Rome are you trying to give me heart attack?! I don't think..." he stopped me mid sentence "Elli I..." I interrupt him "Why does your face look so gloomy, if you really want to train we will but don't make this face?"

His pale face looks paler, his light blue eyes are spiked with a red color, his dirty blond hair looks messy, he looks stressed up and sad. I lift my hand to touch his face but he slapped my hand furiously. I clutch my hand to me shocked by his actions shakily saying  "what are you doing?" hurt was written all over my face, did he lose his mind?

"I'm leaving" he said. "Yeah you should you're not in the right state of mind, I will see you tomorrow" he shook his head "no Elena I'm leaving you, I'm moving out, I'm going somewhere else". Moving out!! What is he talking about, how can he leave me "what do you mean by that? Move to where? And why?"

"It's none of your business Elena, I just came to tell you so you won't look for me when I don't show up" with every word that he said it was like he was stabbing me in the heart "but you need to explain, you can't just leave after everything we went through" pain was throbbing in my vines "everything? There is nothing important to me here, I'm done Elena, I got what I want and now I'm leaving, just watch me do it".

He turned and walked away. I grabbed his hands "Rome don't you dare leave me!" he slapped my hands again and ignored me "Roman stop now" I run to him trying to catch him by the shoulders but he took my hands and shoved me to the ground baring his teeth and hissing threatening me to move, while his eyes were glowing in a dark red shade.

I stayed in my place looking at him shaking in fear and hurt, what did just happen? Was that him or someone else. Elliza was howling in pain in my head not believing his betrayal toward us, wanting him to come back to hold us and say that he is lying.

Rain drops starts falling between us as the sky that witnessed everything we did here, every memory we created, every smile we wear, every word we said, it cried for all of the times we spent together. This place those trees, plants, stars, clouds are the only witnesses on every single thing that we ever did here.

"ROMAN you bastard you promised...you promised that you will never leave me you you said you will always be by my side that you will protect me ROMAAAAN you liar!!!" I shouted and screamed in pain crying everything out "Rome please please come back don't leave me PLEASE" I said weakly. In that moment he just disappeared between the trees, leaving me with my broken heart and a teary eye to deal with a storming feeling.

Crying that's all what I seem be doing these couple of days, I am acting weak like a young girl. I'm showing my feelings to people who don't deserve my tears to be expose to them.

He's gone just gone. He left me here without any explanations saying he was done. Done from what? He can't just leave he can't! I will never forgive him never.

With all the pain and hurt which I experience in my life, what he did just ripped my heart.
