It started snowing during the night. It was a few days after I gave Tommy detention and it was now Saturday.
I got dressed in a long sleeved red and yellow striped shirt, dark skinny jeans, and my black converse. I also wore a black jacket. I stuffed my wand in the inside pocket of my jacket and headed out. Only one or two kids didn't get to go on the Hogsmead trip, but that's only because they got in trouble. I let Tommy go ahead and go on the trip. He apologized to Amy and served his detention without making a noise, so I gave him permission to go.
I was meeting Neville outside of the front doors of Hogwarts. I saw him already there, wearing a brown trench coat and a Gryfindor colored hat. I smiled and waved at him.
"Hey Neville. Nice hat." I complimented my friend.
He grinned at me. "Thanks. Nice shirt." He nodded towards my shirt, which was Gryfindor colors too. It was strange, when I was here at school I liked to wear my House colors and show off, and now I left school and am now teaching here, I still like to show off my former House.
"Thank you. We're meeting George and Adam at the Three Broomsticks. Oh, you're going to love Adam." I rambled on about my baby from the time we left Hogwarts to the time we got the Hogsmead. Neville was excited to see little Adam.
We finally made it to the Three Broomsticks. We hung our coats on the coat hangers that stood beside the door. Neville went to go get us some Butterbeer. I spotted my family in the corner of the room, in a small booth. I walked over to them quickly, eager to see my baby. Even though I just saw them a few days ago, it feels like a month since the last time I saw them.
"Hi." I said to Adam. I took him from Georges arms and held him close to my chest. I then took a seat across from my husband. "How are you sweety? Oh, mommy missed you so much!" I cooed over my baby.
"I'm good, thanks for asking." Said George, sarcasm in his voice.
I giggled. "I missed you too, Georgie."
Neville soon came back with the drinks, using his wand to carry them all over here. He placed a cup in front of George, me and then set his in the middle. He looked between me and George. If he sat beside me, then George might get jealous and start a fight over it. But if he sits next to George, then I might get lonely sitting all alone. So, he pulled up a chair from a empty table and put it in the outside of the table.
"Okay then..." Mumbled George.
"Thank you for the Butterbeer, Neville." I said politely.
"Yeah, thanks Neville." Said George, smiling at my friend. Neville just nodded his head and told us it was no big deal.
"Is that Adam?" Asked Neville, smiling and nodding towards the baby in my arms. I nodded my head and handed Neville the baby. He smiled down at little Adam.
"Hi there." He said softly and gently to the child in his arms. Adam made a gurgling noise, which made Neville chuckle to himself. "Oh, he's so adorable. You two made a beautiful baby." I slightly blushed and smiled.
George laughed. "Thanks, mate."
I looked at him. "I thought you hated him just like two weeks ago."
George shrugged his shoulders. "Eh. We're friends now. Aren't we Neville?" George smiled at my friend, who lifted his eyes from Adam only a minute to smile at George.
I shook my head and covered my face with both of my hands. "Ugh...boys are so confusing. You hate each other one minute then the next you're best friends. For girls we hate each other for ever. Guys have it so much easier then girls. Damn you guys."
That made the boys laugh. Even little sweet Adam giggled.
Damn those boys...
