A Dream Come True (Midnight Red, Anthony Ladao Fanfic)

Chapter 2

Today is Monday, the concert is Saturday this means I have to survive 5 days of school before I get to see my idols. I spent my afternoon Dm'ing the Midnight Red boys! Yes they all followed me! ALL OF THEM! I'm meeting up with them an hour earlier than the actual concert itself so that's exciting. "Lexi!" My best friend yells as i walk through the school corridors. "Hey Lucy"  I said as engulfed her into a friendly hug. "So i saw the tweet on the Midnight Red account. I'm so happy for you!"  She cheered. She isn't much of a Redhead like me but she does like them."Thanks its still kind of hard to believe I won and will be hanging out with Midnight Red on Saturday"  I said with a smile as we walked to English. "Well lets just hope one of the boys fall in love with you." "They won't, they only go for pretty girls" I said with a sigh as i sat down at a desk. "Well you never know."  "Alright settle down class today we are writing speeches, yippee!"  All the class as well as me let out a groan. I hate speeches. 

Class after class then it was finally the end of a dreadful day at school, I grabbed the last of my things from my locker and walked out the corridors to meet Lucy. "So have you decided what you are going to wear to the concert?" She asked as she jumped beside me out of nowhere. "Not really i need new clothes anyway so are you keen to go to the mall with me?"  I asked in pure hope that she would say yes because I really do need someone elses opinions. "Yeah, but i got to go home first and change, i don't want to be rocking the school uniform at the mall." "I'll just met you at your house in a half hour okay?"  I asked as i hopped on my motorcycle. "See you there!" She said as she hopped into her car. I put on my helmet as rode of home. "Hey Dad glad your home, well i won the competiton so now i'm going to go shopping with Lucy to buy new clothes"  I said as i walked up the stairs. "Wait a minute, you won the comp?" My Dad said racing after me. "Yeah."  "Congratulations! Have fun shopping."  I ran upstairs got changed then ran out the door and rode off to Lucys. 

"So what exactly are you going for?" Lucy said as we entered the mall. "Nothing too fancy but i want to look pretty" I replied as we walked into the first shop. Lucy threw me heaps of clothes to try on, heaps of dresses, shorts and tops but none of them felt right. "Next shop i don't like anything here"  I said as i put all the clothes back in the racks. "How about accessories?"  She asked pulling me towards a jewelry shop. "We need the clothing first so the accessories can match it" I said pulling her away into the second shop. "Deal with me here, i want you to try this, that and this thing on"  She said throwing clothes into my arms and pushing me into a changing room. I put on the blue/purple shorts, top combined set and a plain black cardigan with studs. "What do you think?" I asked as i walked off to show it off. "It looks perfect, not to out there and not really casual so it's great!" She cheered. "I guess, wish i had a boys opinion though" I said with a sigh. "Wait here then" She walked off towards a random guy whose back was turned to me and she pointed at me and the guy nodded and turned around. I quickly looked down so it didn't look like i was staring. "So what do you think?"  Lucy said to the guy. "It looks beautiful oI n her" I looked up to say thanks but when i looked up i choked on my words and went all jelly. "So are you going to say thanks?"  Lucy said with a smirk, oh she knew he was here i knew it! "Oh um yeah thanks Anthony." Why did i have to say his name?! Now he's going to think i'm some stalker, good one Lexi. "You know who i am?"  He asked looking at me with a grin. Argh stop smiling please! "Yeah funny story actually"  I said with a nervous giggle. "Oh really, how come?"  "Because I'm trying to find the perfect outfit for when i see youa t your concert, I won the comp. I'm Lexi"  I gave him a small smile. "Oh wow small world hello Lexi"  he said with a giggle. "Hello, well I have to go buy these clothes, buy accessories and shoes, I'm sure you are busy so i better leave you to it then." "Oh no i'm not busy at all i'll help you chose shoes and accessories if you like?" Is Anthony Ladao really offering to help me go shopping? Why haven't i fainted yet! "Sure, that will be great." 

I got changed and went to the cashier and paid for my clothes. "Shoes time?" Lucy said as she stood next to Anthony. "Yes"  I said with a grin as us three walked to the nearest shoe shop. "You should try these and these and these or maybe these"  Lucy said piling boxes into my hands. "No try these" Anthony said putting another box on top. "Now i can't see where i'm going" I said as i tried to reach my head over the boxes. "Here let me take some" Anthony took half of them and gave me a smile.  "So which pair?" He asked after i tried them all on. "Which pair do you prefer?" I asked him. "The pair i picked out" He said with a smirk. "Well in this case i'm not needed i'm going to go home and um feed my fish"  Lucy said as she walked off. "Feeding fish huh?"  Anthony asked confused. "She was making an excuse to leave"  I quickly checked the price of the shoes and they were out of my league. "Maybe we should get another pair"  I said putting the box away but Anthony pulled it out again. "Why?"  He asked with a sad face. "To expensive"  I replied trying to take the box out of his hands. "Alright well in that case i'm paying" I didn't have time to complain because he ran of to the cashier. "You didn't have to do that" I said taking the bag from him. "I wanted to, and they look good on you. So why not?" I gave him a smile as we walked out the shop. 

"Don't you find it weird that I met you before the show?"  Anthony asked as we sat down on a couch. "Not weird just surprising actually" I replied. "How are you getting home?" He asked. "I brought my motorbike here." "You ride motorbikes?"  He asked with a shocked look. "Shocking isn't it" I said with a giggle. "A little bit to be honest"  He said giggling back at me. "Well i'm not a girly girl neither am i a tomboy i just love motorbikes." "Well okay then."  "Are you sure you are not busy? You don't have to hang around with me if you don't want to."  "I want to, your cool."  Did Anthony just say i'm cool?! Stay calm, stay calm don't look like a freak. "Earth to Lexi"  Anthony said waving his hand in my face. "Oh um sorry, got lost in thought."  "Okay, so what do you want to do?" Anthony asked with a smirk on his face. "I have no idea"  I replied. "Well you can help me chose some clothes, i need a girls point of view" Anthony sprung out of his seat and held a hand out for me. Is he really offering me to hold his hand?! OMG. I grabbed his hand and he pulled me up i giggled when i nearly fell straight into him. We started to walk off still holding his hand. How long will we hold hands for? I think he noticed me staring at our hands because he started giggling and shaking our hands. I blushed and he giggled more before we walked into a mens shop. "How about this?" Anthony asked holding out a pair of black jeans. "Go try them on"  I said pushing him towards a changing room. He got changed and came out "thoughts?"  "They look great buy them and wear them at the concert please" I begged his looks so hot in them. "Okay then"  we hopped back in and got changed we looked at some more clothes. "I want to buy a beanie" I said looking at all the beanies. "They are boys beanie."  "I don't care i'm getting one" I reached to grab a purple colored one when Anthony reached for it as well. "You better not be paying for it"  I said. "No it's buy 1 get one free so your getting my free one"  He said with a wink. "Really? Hmm" I replied in a smart ass tone. 

The rest of the day we just hanged out, it was amazing. But it eventually came to an end, he said that he can't wait to see me at the concert! I can't wait to see him and the boys. I got home and screamed into my pillow with joy. Oh how i hope this week will go fast!
