Meet Aanga.....Who is currently running from the Fire Nation

I turned another corner out of breath. They were closing in, my outfit was in rags but I kept running. My hair flew around my hair, my braid whacking me in the eyes. Ignore it, keep running I told myself. I dodged another fireball, but it brushed my arm. I winced and kept running. Then I skidded to a stop out of breath. There were more fire soldiers infront of me and the rest closing in behind. I started to run to the left but yet there were more soldiers. I turned and ran back to the right but it was a dead end as well. I got into a stance and looked around watching as they closed in.

"She wears the marks of the Avatar! Grab her!" A soldier yelled. They advanced.

I couldnt bend air right now so I went into hand to hand combat. Turn, punch, kick ,repeat. Roundhouse, knife hand, left and right hook. I started to get weak. Here's my chance! I had enough space to spin in a circle and throw my arms out horizontally the front of my hands showing. A strong gust of air blew out and knocked the soldiers off their feet. Some soldiers crashed into walls and blacked out, while others crashed into markets.

"My cabbages!" A man yelled.

"Sorry, Sir!" I yelled then started running again.

I stopped after about 15 minutes of running and put my hands on my knees panting.

"I......really........hate......running." I complained panting. I took a deep breath and started to walk around. Suddenly my arrows started to glow softly, I looked down at them with a confused expression. I looked up and saw a boy wearing yellow with a bald head. What was weirder.....he had a huge arrow on his forehead. The only person I knew that had that died like 300 years ago.......And that's saying something since I'm like that old...Hehe.....Surprise......

That wasn't the only thing....He was surrounded too. Along with two girls and two other boys one which I recognized as...Prince Zuko of the Fire Nation?! What was he doing with them? Actually it looks like he was fighting with them. I rolled my hands like a motor and blew air at the soldiers.

"Nice one Aang!" A boy with a boomerang yelled.

"That wasn't me!" 'Aang' yelled.

"Then who was it?!" Zuko asked punching a soldier.

"Can we please focus and find out later?!" A girl in blue yelled hitting a soldier with water.

"Hey Twinkle Toes pay attention!" A girl in green yelled bending rocks.

I ran towards them and roundhoused a soldier then did the same thing I did to get away from the fire soldiers. I had my hands out in front of me in a cross position when the girl in green spoke up.

"Who are you?" She asked. I turned around and saw that she was blind. I bowed in respect.

"My name is Aanga." I said straighting up. Aang looked at me.

"Aanga?" He asked stepping forward.

"Hey little brother." I said smiling. He groaned.

"Only by a minute!" He said pouting. I chuckled and hugged him tightly.He hugged back just as tight and played with my braid like he did when we were kids. I smiled more and pulled away.

"You still remember." I said putting my hands on his shoulders. He smiled and nodded.

"Of course I do." He stated. The girl in blue cleared her throat.

"Sorry to spoil the family reunion but Aang who is this?" She asked.

"Oh yeah guys this is my long lost twin Aanga. Aanga this is Katara, Toph, Soka and-" I cut him off.

"Prince Zuko." I said then bowed in respect.

"Uh...Nice to meet you...." Zuko said rubbing the back of his neck. I straightened up and smiled.

"Nice to meet you guys too." I said.

"So where have you been?" Aang asked.

"Running from the Fire Nation." I replied.

"What else is knew?" They all asked. I giggled.

"Um you guys have room for one more?" I asked. Aang smiled.

"Obviously." Aang said excited. I grinned.

"Thank you Aang." I said.

And that's when I made new friends and found my brother. I feel like something more will happen....But what?
