Darkness All Over

Chapter 4( Lilisa's POv)

The corridor we were going through was dark and held a cold creepy atmosphere. I'm still confused as in why have we been chosen and for what we have been chosen, we're pretty much ordinary girls.

I wonder if we can trust this Minnie guy.

My thoughts were cut short as we abruptly stopped in front of a red door at the end of the corridor.

Minnie pushed opened the door and entered with my sister and I following him into the room, the room was lit with light coming from a window across the room, the room itself contained a single bed in one corner and in another corner a table with a bookshelf next to it which was filled with what seemed like thousands of books. Oh how much I love reading!

"Lilisa and Lorencia, I want you to meet my nephew, Jorden." Lark introduced us to a tall boy who was facing away from us , at the mention of his name he turned around to face us and smiled.

The boy had a tall and muscular body frame, dark brown hair, light brown eyes and a pale face. There's only one word to describe him, 'hot'.

Jorden smirked at me, obviously knowing that I was checking him out.

"My names Jordan, I guess uncle Minnie has already told you about me." Jordan held out his hand to my sister and I while smiling politely.

My sister Lorencia, being the braver one, shook his hand, " My name is Lorencia, and I doubt your uncle has told you anything about us."

Jordan grinned at my sister then turned his gaze to me.

" And who may you be, pretty lady?" He asked while waiting for his hand to be shaken by me.

" I'm Lilisa." I shook his hand while blushing due to his comment towards me.

A throat was cleared by another presence in the room, I had forgotten that Captain Lark was still in the room. All eyes turned towards him.

" Since you all have been introduced to each other I suggest that I show the two ladies to their rooms." Captain Lark spoke up.

" Indeed." Jordan answered. He turned to us and said, " I'll see you at dinner then.","Especially you dear lady." He turned towards me and smirked.

Captain Lark led us out into the corridor and to our rooms.
