"Uhh yeh...i'm just thinking," I could tell Laurel didn't believe me. I got irritated. I seriously could not take it anymore.

"Uhh Laurel, could I please be alone for awhile? I just need to be alone and I need to think," I told her. The desperate need to be alone was in every word I uttered. I think Laurel noticed 'cause she left my room without a word. I just sat on my bed, my head kneeling on my knees. I just sat that way for a while. Some hours later I got up, my legs stiff from sitting in that position for so long. I grabbed my phone off the bedside table and left through the window. I just kept on walking and walking. I finally got to the park. I got a text message. I guess I was thinking deeply 'cause the beeping from my phone startled me. The I.D said it was my mum. My mum? Why would she text me?

Me nd ur Father are going to Venice for a couple of months. U need 2 look after the house while were gone.

What a weird text. Wait? My rentals are leaving for a couple of months. WOW, awesome!! I guess I was too happy to notice the reason my parents were leaving. I got another text. This time it was from Damien.

Were in hell r u?U just left without tellin any1 were u r.

Damien texted. I could tell he was angry. How funny. I heard a noise. Sort-of like the roaring of a motorbike. I turned around and saw a motorbike heading my way. A dude was riding a motorbike. Hmm...I wonder who it is? The mystery person got off the bike, removing his helmet SHIT!! It was Damien. How'd he know I was here anyway?

"What are you doing here Dmien?" I said, venom dripping in my voice. I seriously just wanted to be by myself right now.

"I've got the perfect solutin to stopping your parents from taking over the world," Damien said triumphantly. This ought to be interesting...
