Can I ask you something?

Hey guys! Sorry i haven't uploaded in a while. been studying for midterms and stuff.. well enough of my talking, on the story! ENJOY!!! The picture is of Dylan's mystery girl.

"You are crazy!", I yelled as i landed on top of Jason.

"Haha! You should've seen the look on your face!", he yelled back as he made a face.

"Shut up! At least i don't wear batman boxers!!", i said cracking up.

"Heyyy!!", he said while covering his butt. "Ohh so you were checking me out, huh?"

"Uh.. no! I landed on you and i just saw a sneak peek", i said like i didn't care.

We walked to the bench and sat down. I was feeling extremely tired. After my encounter at the diner with Dylan, we rode in Jason's car to the park.

"It is really nice out", he said out of nowhere.

I agreed.

"So what happened with you and Sarah the other day?"

"Oh just stuff. You know, girl stuff", i said while nodding my head.

There was awkward silence.

"She doesn't like me, does she?"

I didn't know how to answer that.

He added,"I mean, ever since we split up, she totally ignores me"

"What do you expect?! Do you think you can break her heart and she'll be okay with it?", i screamed.

"Calm down Ashley! I didn't mean it like that!", he said while holding my shoulders.

"Did you love her?", i asked

He didn't answer. His face was expressionless.

"Did you at least LIKE her?", i asked shocked.

"Of course i did! Then why would i ask her out?"

"Okay so why did you break up with her then?"

"Let's just say she was too clingy, shallow, and so controlling!"

"Yeah. So what's bad about her?"

He gave me a ARE YOU AS DUMB AS A BRICK look and i had to laugh.

"You seriously think that i don't know Sarah acts like that?", i asked while laughing.

"Ashley? If i tell you something, can you promise to keep it to yourself?", he asked me with a serious face.

"Um.. Yeah. You can totally trust me"

He didn't say anything. He looked at me with a funny expression.

"Ashley................................................................. I love you"

"What did you say?", i couldn't breathe.

"STOP! PLEASE!", I screamed.

"So what do you say?"

"Jason.. i don't know WHAT to say right now. I'm so shocked. Can you just drive me home, the party is like in 3 hours."

"Um.. sure", he said with a sad expression.
